We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful.
The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!
We stayed 2 nights and our room after our first night was not made up by the cleaning staff. The beds were left unmade, the dirty towels left on the floor, the clean towels dumped on the unmade bed. I had to request that the room be serviced with reception, even though the 'service my room' light remained ON for the entire day. When I raised with reception at 2pm, the room remained un made for the next 3 hours when I again had to raise this with reception! The last thing anyone wants to have to do when they are away on a holiday is to have to manage the service/cleaning team for the servicing of their own room (not once, but twice).
Great location and service good.
Our room lacked coffee pods and not enough tea bags
The TV kept turning off.
N0t having the ability to watch AFL footy on TV saturday night . was a disappointing - I would have been happy if we could have streamed it through our phone on Kayo
love walk in shower as i have a disability and space i n room for my walker.
ผผู้เข้าพักT'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.
MminlovestravelBack to my favourite hotel! Miss the hot pool and jacuzzi! The room still stunning as ever and not forgotten the tv in front of the bath tub!
