โรงแรม 5 ดาว ในวิกตอเรีย ออสเตรเลีย

ชอบความสงบเงียบของ Balgownie Estate มากค่ะ ที่พักอยู่ใกล้โรงไวน์และใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ประทับใจเป็นพิเศษกับห้องพักที่กว้างขวาง และมีเครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องน้ำ ซึ่งถูกใจมาก ทำให้เราแทบไม่ได้ออกจากห้องเลย ได้แต่นั่งเล่นพักผ่อนอยู่ในห้อง ส่วนเรื่องที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือระดับการบริการค่ะ ก่อนวันเข้าพักได้ส่งอีเมลสอบถามผ่าน Trip portal ไปถึง 3 ครั้ง เพื่อขอคำแนะนำเรื่องการเดินทางเที่ยวชมรอบๆ Yarra แต่กลับไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับเลยแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว และเมื่อไปติดต่อที่เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับก็มีท่าทีเฉยเมย ไม่แยแส ไม่ว่าจะถามอะไรไปก็ดูไม่ค่อยใส่ใจ ซึ่งน่าจะดีกว่านี้มากเลยค่ะ ถึงกระนั้น โดยรวมแล้ว Yarra Valley ก็สวยงามจับใจจริงๆ ค่ะ

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับ DFO ทางตอนใต้มาก การบริการที่แผนกต้อนรับดีมาก ห้องพักของโรงแรมสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และการตกแต่งของโรงแรมก็ทันสมัย หากไม่มีรถติดจะใช้เวลาขับรถจากโรงแรมไปสนามบินนานาชาติประมาณ 30 นาที ความรู้สึกโดยรวมของโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี!

The management and staff at this hotel are world class. I was staying with a guide dog puppy and met the hotel manager, his wife and their charming labrador Charlie. A truly wonderful hotel.

location is perfect, right infront of the free tram zone, the room was clean. sadly when we arrived early in morning, there's no one in the receptionist desk and have to wait until someone out from the building so we can entered the building. and cannot ask for early checkin. otherwise the hotel is perfect. nice stay anyway.

lovely hotel that was converted from an old prison. no scary vibes. this room has a working washer and dryer as well, so love that. location is 5 minutes drive away from a lot of food places, especially halal shops. the only bad thing we didn't like about this hotel was the parking lot. there is no confirmation of a lot as there are more rooms than lots. the space is very tight as well. and if you drive all the way to the end of the basement carpark, you will meet the entrance to the apartment building carpark which we do not have access to. so if you drive a bigger car or there are many mane cars behind you, good luck making a 3-point turn. we ended having to park at the lobby drop off point for one of the night which thankfully was an option.

We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!
