Stayed here recently, the location is fantastic, only a short walk to the old town, close to shops bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the room was very clean (which is a credit the the cleaning staff they do a wonderful job) the bathroom was very clean and a good size, hand soap and shower gel is provided.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would happily return on future visits.

สี่ด้านสุขอนามัย เพราะเข้าห้องน้ํามีกลิ่นเล็กน้อย ไม่มีอะไรผิดปกติกับคนอื่น ผมกับเพื่อนคนเดียว ห้องพักขนาดพอดี พื้นที่ห้องเล็กเกินไป ไม่เหมาะกับสองคน อยู่ใกล้ถนนขนส่ง นอนกลางคืนจะได้ยินเสียงรถวิ่งผ่าน ชั้นล่างมีเครื่องชงกาแฟและชาซองให้ใช้ได้ตลอด มีบาร์ดีๆ อยู่ใกล้ๆ เดินไปเวงเมืองสิบห้านาที คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา ดียว

This hotel is a short walk (around 10 minutes or one tram stop) away from the train station. The hotel has a somewhat dated look, a striking near-brutalist aesthetic. The interior is slightly more modern, with a 90s vibe. Nothing is broken and it does the job. Frankly I found the location to price to performance ratio very good for a hotel booked on the day of staying there. Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are large too!

A very nice hotel clean, beautiful, and cozy, with a very convenient location. The bed is comfortable, there’s a kettle, and a pleasant carpet on the floor 🙂 Also, the 24-hour reception is a big plus, the staff are very polite and helpful, and you can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

Relaxed Hampton hotel with parking option (surcharged, if remember correctly, but not too expensive). Nice location for Auschwitz, Krakau, Trip to Ukraine / Slovakia and Energylandia. Very friendly and kind staff at reception and breakfast buffet. Buffet is very decent and everybody will be served plenty (cold cuts, yoghurt + musli, fruits, eggs + sausages, all coffee types (incl. cappuccino). Trip.com was cheaper than booking in hotel, better to compare! For us best option around - checked also other hotels around, but here you get a Hilton daughter quality for just a bit more than other options around. Room was clean, bed comfy (bit on soft side). Fitness room has multifunctional machine + dumbbells and bench + cardio options - enough! Nice hotel, fully recommend!

The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the train station, and near the old city. The breakfast is delicious.

Arleta was kind and efficient. She made sure to deliver the keys to us even when we didn’t manage to check in until almost 4am. The conditions of the room were good, bottles of water were left for us and the beds were super comfortable. I congratulate the Staff as I am very grateful for this experience.

Hotel przyjemny, smaczne śniadania, czysto. Niestety trafiliśmy na imprezę w sali bankietowej, nie dało się spać do 3 nad ranem :(

長在心尖尖上的完美酒店 1.地理位置一級棒 ，走路3-5分鐘有適合中國胃的越南菜 還有很多亞洲菜 2.酒店裝修審美太太太喜歡啦 工業風 乾淨舒適 早餐也不錯 3.前台check in 會給張地圖告訴哪裡哪裡 4.15分鐘走到主廣場，20來分鐘到城堡（有噴火龍的那） 5.早上可以先check in 寄存行李再出去逛 6.桌上兩瓶水 還有紙筆，有wifi，有沐浴用品，有刷牙杯（沒牙刷） 7.床品很舒服 很軟 晚上睡覺也很安靜 性價比巨高 巨喜歡 有機會還會再來並且會推薦朋友來

Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay.
