We stayed at St Regis at the beginning and end of our Tibet trip, it feels like home! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception lady Irene Liu and the one served us at restaurant named Ruth! Both are extremely helpful and nice, highly recommend !
Spacious, comfortable room in Shigatse. The hotel was close to restaurants and they had a nice restaurant on site too. Central oxygen was supplied but only for six hours and only at night. It would have been nice to have it go for a longer time.

FFabinnGreat environment by the lake and surrounded by the mountains. The hardware of the hotel is not too bad but not well maintained as a hotel opened last year. The cleanliness level of the property and attentiveness of services were not up to expectation.
ผผู้เข้าพักWhat an amazing hotel, the rooms are immaculate and mine had a view of Potalo palace.
The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent.
Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel.
Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant.
Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!
