Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

เมื่อเดินทางไปหยินชวนฉันเห็นโรงแรม Hyatt Place อยู่ในศูนย์ธุรกิจและสะดวกมากสำหรับการกินช้อปปิ้งและความบันเทิง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ตอบโจทย์วัยรุ่น ขนาดห้องโอเค โซฟาสบายมาก ห้องน้ำใหญ่ แต่กระจกในห้องอาบน้ำไม่มีฟิล์มถ้าคนไปล้าง ภายนอกมองเห็นข้างในได้เลย แอร์ในห้องดีมาก เยี่ยมเลย ตู้เสื้อผ้ามีผ้าห่มมาให้ด้วยซึ่งใช้คลุมเวลาอากาศร้อนได้ใช้ดีมากครับ รายละเอียดด้านสุขอนามัยยังไม่ดีพอ มีเส้นผม และคราบสบู่บ้าง เรื่องนี้ต้องให้ความสนใจ เพราะสุดท้ายแล้ว บางคนก็จะใส่ใจเรื่องนี้ อาหารเช้าก็ธรรมดา ไม่เข้มข้นพอ และรสชาติธรรมดา โดยรวมแล้วอัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพค่อนข้างดี

首先一定要感謝小張張澤洲經理，如果沒有你，我們一家6口三天兩晚的銀川行不會如此愉快，萬豪應該以這樣的員工為標桿。而前台Candy也非常甜美，你的笑容服務讓我們從此開始有了好心情。 銀川的酒店選擇很多，某際、某悦在此都有酒店分佈，但全球衹此一份的西夏王陵是必去的，而要逛懂西夏王陵，寧夏博物館則是必去的。選擇萬怡/萬豪，衹要步行5分鐘即可前往寧夏博物館。實踐證明，這個位置真的很好，不堵車、去覽山劇場和懷遠夜市打車都在10元左右。周邊還有可以步行前往的CCPark和萬達廣場，看似空曠，實則非常便利。 説説酒店本身的情況。 歡迎水果非常新鮮，房間的景觀也非常不錯，白天可能平平無奇，但夜裡隨着政府門票的氛圍燈亮起，幸福感油然而生。 健身房啞鈴槓鈴重量很夠，泳池恆温，但驚艷的是浴室裏還有熱湯（温泉），出去暴走一天回來泡10分鐘，疲憊一掃而空。 早餐非常豐富，班尼迪克蛋、哈根達斯雪糕大人小孩都吃得滿足。鮮榨果汁是哈密瓜汁和西瓜汁，特熱飲品則是八寶茶。肉桂卷和巧克力牛角比urban bakery的還好吃。尤其讚美沙葱蛋卷，本土風味融合常規早餐，很是特色。 51樓的高空酒廊有1set的下午茶和晚餐簡餐，雖然下午茶的時候問酒廊同事晚餐內容，其反饋衹有兩個涼菜兩個熱菜，但實際是2和熱菜蔬菜，2份熱菜肉菜，1份主食和1份例湯，4份涼菜，堅果、沙律、芝士、歐包、蛋糕、紅白葡萄酒、葡萄汁。是正常水準的hh配置，營養均衡地解決晚餐絕對沒問題。 服務上，同事們也是有求必應，因為擦傷了，經理馬上提供了雲南白葯，房間的加濕器也尤其給力，反正在銀川這幾天鼻炎都沒有再犯了。 回家後，我也會向同事朋友推薦來此，希望萬怡/萬豪繼續保持水準，我們會再見👋🏻

situated in the center , convenient to interesting spots and business premise. upon arrival, the front desk manager and staffs is helpful and thoughtful. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with the taste of Ningxia. Therefore, my stay in Yinchuan was pleasant and unforegetable. Thanks to all staffs who work hard to make sure that all hotel guests could enjoy their stays in Yinchuan and have an unforgetable memory from Yinchuan Ningxia.

此次銀川之行，最驚喜的莫過於酒店前台Rebecca的貼心服務！一進大堂就被她温暖的笑容治癒，長途奔波的疲憊瞬間消散。辦理入住時效率超高，核對訊息、講解流程行雲流水，還主動詢問我的出行需求，細緻推薦了賀蘭山巖畫、鎮北堡影視城等景點的交通路線和本地特色餐館，連避開人流的小技巧都毫無保留分享。她注意到我帶了行李，主動幫忙提至電梯口，還貼心遞上温熱的茶水。入住期間有任何疑問，她都能快速響應、耐心解答，連房間智能設備的使用都細緻指導。Rebecca的專業素養與真誠關懷，讓陌生城市的住宿體驗充滿暖意，這樣的寶藏員工太值得點贊，下次來銀川一定還選這家酒店！
