Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

酒店藏於綠蔭間的庭院式建築別具韻味，推窗可見曲徑通幽的園林景緻，房間寬敞整潔，露台觀湖景的設計更添愜意。客房衞生細緻入微，從床鋪到衞浴都毫無瑕疵，康體中心的泳池與小童樂園也讓家庭出行倍感便利。 最暖心的是前台張文耀先生的服務。辦理入住時他主動提前安排好房間，細緻講解停車券領取方式，還手繪了周邊景點路線圖。得知我有長者同行，立刻協調到低樓層客房，後續諮詢餐飲推薦時，更是精準推薦了能嚐到寧夏特色燒烤的湖畔餐廳。全程響應迅速，專業又熱忱，讓旅途格外舒心。從環境到服務都無可挑剔，下次來銀川一定再住這裏。

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

來中衞旅遊選擇了入住希爾頓歡朋酒店!地理位置簡直無敵，周邊美食、景點超多。酒店設施非常棒。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠💤。浴室的熱水很足，洗漱用品質量也不錯。服務更是沒話説。前台Yumi熱情周到，辦理入住和退房手續快速高效。有天我不小心把東西落在房間，打電話給酒店，工作人員第一時間幫我找到了，還妥善保管等我去取，這服務太貼心啦。酒店還有豐富的早餐，種類多樣，味道可口，能滿足不同人的口味需求。這次住在中衞希爾頓歡朋酒店，體驗感拉滿，下次來還住這兒👏!

這次帶上孩子長者一家來銀川旅行 洲際是我們回程入住的最後一晚 酒店在銀川的比較新城的位置 附近就有商業體 來到前台辦理入住效率很高 我們訂了3間房 前台doris 主動幫我們安排在同一樓層 後來父母的房間覺得有煙味 長者家比較敏感 我們申請了換房 doris二話不説幫我們申請換 換了2次 不厭其煩的 後來還送了我家2老2份早餐 服務態度非常好 設施：酒店是一個很特別的裝修酒店 運動風為主 房間裏還有瑜伽球和瑜伽墊 哈哈哈哈哈 非常特別 每個角落都有特別的佈置 衞生：乾淨整潔的 樓道和公共區域都一塵不染 環境：環境很好 地理位置非常方便 服務：100分服務 期待下次再來銀川 可以與您再次相遇

從蘭州開車到吳忠出差，深夜抵達時已經很晚。沒想到前台小胡一眼看出我的倦意，不僅快速辦理入住，還貼心地把房間升級到了安靜的高層。推開房門，空調早已調至舒適温度。我習慣性用手指劃過電視櫃——一塵不染。衞生間鏡面光亮如新，這讓我這個常年出差的人瞬間安心。第二天清晨，透過15樓的落地窗，吳忠美景盡收眼底。必須特別表揚前台服務，從辦理入住到諮詢，每位員工都笑容温暖、主動問候，讓人真切感受到賓至如歸。一天的行程裏，我體驗了品種豐富的自助早餐，當地特色羊雜碎讓我念念不忘。停車很方便，出門十分鐘就能抵達商圈。客房衞生確實無可挑剔，設施設備智能便捷，讓忙碌的商務旅行變得輕鬆許多。退房時，小胡還幫我準備了路上喝的礦泉水。這樣貼心周到的服務，讓我毫不猶豫把這裏定為今後來吳忠的商旅首選。 服務：貼心温暖 地址位置：優越 衞生：乾淨，明亮 早餐：豐盛，味道好。

เมื่อเดินทางไปหยินชวนฉันเห็นโรงแรม Hyatt Place อยู่ในศูนย์ธุรกิจและสะดวกมากสำหรับการกินช้อปปิ้งและความบันเทิง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ตอบโจทย์วัยรุ่น ขนาดห้องโอเค โซฟาสบายมาก ห้องน้ำใหญ่ แต่กระจกในห้องอาบน้ำไม่มีฟิล์มถ้าคนไปล้าง ภายนอกมองเห็นข้างในได้เลย แอร์ในห้องดีมาก เยี่ยมเลย ตู้เสื้อผ้ามีผ้าห่มมาให้ด้วยซึ่งใช้คลุมเวลาอากาศร้อนได้ใช้ดีมากครับ รายละเอียดด้านสุขอนามัยยังไม่ดีพอ มีเส้นผม และคราบสบู่บ้าง เรื่องนี้ต้องให้ความสนใจ เพราะสุดท้ายแล้ว บางคนก็จะใส่ใจเรื่องนี้ อาหารเช้าก็ธรรมดา ไม่เข้มข้นพอ และรสชาติธรรมดา โดยรวมแล้วอัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพค่อนข้างดี

The hotel is very nice. But the guest in this hotel cannot allow to go swimming. Originally, the comments from trip.com said this is shared swimming for both hotels but this is not the case.
