ทำเลใกล้กับเปอร์มาสจายา ภายนอกโรงแรมเป็นปาซาร์มาลัม แต่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ขายชาวจีน มีผู้ขายมาเลย์เพียงไม่กี่ราย โรงแรมดีมากแผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเอง👍 มีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นั่นและได้รับการต้อนรับในห้องด้วยฮ่าฮ่า ทิปโรงแรม 5 ดาวชั้นนำ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลายดีเกินไป จะกลับมาอีกครั้ง

เซอร์ไพรส์มากที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำครั้งนี้ พนักงานบริการดี ห้องพักและเตียงใหญ่มาก ที่สำคัญทีวีมี YouTube ให้ดูด้วย สะดวกมากสำหรับการช้อปปิ้ง ดูหนัง นวด และหาของกิน

Overall stay was comfortable. Room is clean but housekeeping seems to be a little slack, forgetting either put certain items in or replenish after cleaning the room. Quite disappointing. Breakfast variety was really limited but worse of all is spotting two little cockroaches running around around the glasses for the juices. Quite disgusting and totally put us off from eating further. Staff were quite pleasant though. Will probably stick to Doubletree.

Our stay here was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful and patient. They carefully guided us through the check-in process and even made sure that we were able to access the lift and enter the unit smoothly. This level of attention really made us feel at ease, especially after a long journey. When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was how clean and well-prepared everything was. The room looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The bed was neatly made, the linens and towels were fresh and clean, and there was no unpleasant smell at all. The space was also quite generous, making it easy for us to open our luggage and move around comfortably. During our stay, we had a small question about how to use the washing machine. We contacted the staff and received a quick and friendly response. They even offered to come over and explain it in person if needed, which showed how attentive and caring their service was. The room also came with a kitchen and basic utensils, which was very convenient for preparing simple meals and made the stay feel more homely. Another nice touch was that breakfast was available with an additional charge. The staff were kind enough to offer us a discount for breakfast, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. The location is another big plus. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby, so getting around was very convenient. Despite being in a lively area, the room itself was quiet at night, and we had a very good night’s sleep. The staff also reminded us to keep noise down after 10 PM, which showed that the property is well-managed and considerate to all guests. Before check-out, the team checked in with us to ask if we had encountered any issues during our stay. This small gesture really made a difference and showed that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Overall, this was a comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very clear instructions sent via WhatsApp one day before check in. Place is very new and clean. Extremely near to KSL. Recommend!

A hotel that i like that is far from the noisy part of jb. Place for me to just chill and sleep, after a day out to shop and makan. Hungry at night or early morning order food, pickup eat on bed and watch TV. Room is big and clean, aircon strong and make me sleep until tomorrow. Toilet water also hot, feel shiok. Washing machine, shiok I wash clothes then go back can relax no need wash. Then cny strike midnight, fireworks just out side my balcony. Nice but I scared le, keep shooting fireworks till early morning. Feel like going to hit my balcony. Whole place smoky like got fog. Scary experience, adventure! Everything is good, but just during checkout the staff looks like a senior staff serving me no expression, no words, shocking by such service.

การเข้าพักครั้งที่สองที่ Legoland Johor Bahru ไม่ค่อยประทับใจนัก 1. วันแรกที่เช็คอิน ห้องพักหนาวมาก แอร์ก็ปิดไม่ได้ เพราะไปถึงดึก เลยต้องจำใจนอนไปก่อน เพิ่งมารู้เอาวันที่สองว่าวิธีปิดแอร์มันแปลกมาก ต้องปรับไปที่ 15 องศาเซลเซียส แอร์ถึงจะปิดเอง 2. ที่โรงแรมไม่มีพนักงานคนไหนพูดภาษาจีนได้เลย ต้องพึ่งตัวเองและให้ Ctrip ช่วยเหลือเรื่องการสื่อสาร ส่วนการบริการของพนักงานก็อยู่ในระดับกลางๆ 3. ไม่รู้ทำไม ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมถึงไม่มีบริการอาหารเช้าแล้ว ต้องนั่งลิฟต์ไปที่ชั้น LG2 แล้วเดินต่อไปที่หน้าทางเข้าสวนสนุก จากนั้นแจ้งเบอร์ห้องเพื่อเข้าไปในสวนสนุก แล้วนั่งรถบัสรับส่งไปทานอาหารเช้าที่ Market Restaurant อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่เยอะ รสชาติก็ธรรมดามากๆ แถมยังต้องเลือกเวลาทานอาหารล่วงหน้าอีก มีแค่ 3 ช่วงเวลาให้เลือกคือ 7:30, 8:30 และ 9:30 น. สรุป: ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นเพราะเด็กๆ ชอบธีมเลโก้ล้วนๆ และทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็ดีเยี่ยมมากๆ ไม่อย่างนั้นคงไม่เลือกมาพักที่นี่! ป.ล. ในแต่ละห้องจะมีบัตรคำถามให้ ถ้าตอบถูกก็จะเปิดกล่องสมบัติได้ ข้างในมีถุงเลโก้ 2 ถุง (สำหรับเด็ก 5+ และ 7+) เป็นของขวัญให้เด็กๆ!

Convenient location to go eateries and short distance walk to KSL. Plenty of parking space and quiet environment. Located at level 56 and a good view of the neighbourhood. The unit comes with a water purifier/dispenser, so there is no need to buy drinking water when staying there. It also provides a washing machine at the service yard but you will need to bring your own washing powder/detergent. Bring a pair of slippers/hotel slippers along if plan to go service yard for the washing. Feels grainy for the floor in some areas, would be good to have a mop in the unit. Do note that there is no Netflix but you can watch local free channels. Before we check in, we were informed in the morning that there is a fibre maintenance by the building management and the free wifi for the unit ended with no internet connection during the stay. Hopefully the internet service has resumed after the public holiday. 4G & 5G signal for my Hotlink mobile service was intermittently slow when staying in the unit and disconnected at times. Generally, it is a nice unit for family and friends to stay.
