ที่แปลกประหลาดที่สุดคือฝ่ายต้อนรับรับเงินสดสำหรับค่ามัดจำเท่านั้น ไม่รับบัตรเครดิต โดยคิดห้องละ 100 ริงกิตมาเลเซีย สำหรับหลายๆ คน มะละกาคือสถานีสุดท้ายในมาเลเซีย หลังจากเช็คเอาท์ก็เดินทางออกจากประเทศแล้ว ต้องรีบใช้เงิน 100 ริงกิตที่ได้คืนก่อนออกจากประเทศ มันน่าหงุดหงิดมาก โรงแรมที่ดูทะเยอทะยานขนาดนี้ไม่ลงทุนซื้อเครื่องรูดบัตรเลยหรือไง? ห้องพักใหญ่แต่การออกแบบมีปัญหา มีขั้นบันไดแปลกๆ ตรงทางเข้าและในห้องน้ำ ไม่แนะนำสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ การบริการก็ธรรมดา ไม่ทำความสะอาดห้อง

Great experience staying there. The hotel front desk is very helpful and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for our family trip. The front desk gave us two connecting rooms, which are very considerate. The breakfast is very authentic and a combination of western and Chinese style food. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to Joker Street.

Very recommended hotel to any traveller who wanted to stay at Melaka. The beautiful view, clean facilities, good food, friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere which great for healing ☺️. During stay, im facing issue where refrigerator is malfunction. However, hotel team react and resolve to the problem immediately (within 10 mins). Thumb up.

พนักงานบริการดีมาก เพิ่งเปิดใหม่/ปรับปรุงใหม่ แต่บริเวณล็อบบี้ ทางเดิน และพื้นที่สาธารณะดูเก่า ที่จอดรถฟรี (มีทางออกหลายทาง) ที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นมากมาย ร้านกาแฟ/ร้านอาหารดีๆ เดินไปยังถนนสายหลัก Jonker ไม่ไกล อาหารเช้าคุณภาพดี มีให้เลือกมากมาย (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำ สเตชั่นไข่ ติ่มซำ 4-5 อย่าง) มีเมนูหลากหลาย (มีโซโต/ก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่ โรตีจาไน/ปูรี สลัดรวมหลากหลาย ผลไม้ ฯลฯ) จึงไม่น่าเบื่อ

เราพักวันที่ 31 ธ.ค. เราสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับการแสดงดอกไม้ไฟปีใหม่จากชั้นดาดฟ้าและมันน่าทึ่งมาก! วิวจากสระว่ายน้ําของโรงแรมก็เยี่ยมมาก บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารค่ําและอาหารเช้าก็ดี มีบะหมี่บางเส้นที่ไม่เผ็ด ดังนั้นเด็กชายวัย 3 ขวบของฉันจึงสามารถกินได้ :) ขนมอร่อยๆ มากมายก็น่าสนใจเช่นกัน ตัวอาคารโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าแต่การออกแบบสะอาดและสวยงาม อ่างอาบน้ําในห้องพักของโรงแรมสกปรกเล็กน้อยฉันเลยให้พนักงานทําความสะอาด ผ้าเช็ดตัวของโรงแรมเก่าและแข็ง ไม่นุ่ม นั่นคือจุดที่ไม่ดี โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากเลยอยากไปพักที่นั่นอีกครั้งเมื่อปลายปี
