First time experience with MWM. Host is responsive and easily reach thru WhatsApp. Stylish design with comfy sofa and bed. However wifi isn’t strong towards the master bedroom maybe due to the unit set was behind the tv. Washing machine provided. Will return to stay again

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ทำเลดีมากค่ะ ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า รอบๆมีร้านอาหารหลากหลายให้เลือก ของกินเพียบแค่เดินก็มีร้านอาหาร ร้านั่งชิว สะดวกสบายมากเลยคีะ อเดินทางสะดวกมากค่ะ โรงแรมสะอาด บริการดีมากค่ะ

เราได้ห้อง 2 ห้องเนื่องจากห้องใหญ่เต็ม ดังนั้นเราจึงได้ห้องที่มีหน้าต่างซึ่งอยู่ที่ชั้นใต้ดิน... ฉันต้องบอกว่ามันน่ากลัวสำหรับเรา แต่โชคดีที่มันเป็นแค่คืนเดียว... โดยรวมแล้วก็งั้นๆ แต่อย่าคาดหวังอะไรมาก ฮ่าๆ

ชอบห้องพักที่กว้างขวาง มีแสงสว่างเพียงพอที่ชั้น 6 มีพื้นที่นั่งเล่นพร้อมโต๊ะ ฝักบัวดี เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นเร็ว ตู้เย็นบาร์ ไม่มีกลิ่นแปลกๆ ขอห้องที่เงียบสงบ นอนหลับสบาย ยกเว้นเสียงเคาะประตูข้างเคียง เดินไป KSL City Mall และร้านกาแฟหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง Taman Melodies ได้ 6 นาที การจองแสดงว่าอาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟตั้งแต่ 6.00 น. แต่ได้รับแจ้งว่า 7.00 น. พนักงานที่แจ้งความต้องการพิเศษพยายามเริ่มตั้งแต่ 6.30 น. โทรหาแม่บ้าน ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาทีในการส่งอาหาร เห็นฝุ่นเล็กน้อย บริการโดยรวมถือว่ายอมรับได้ อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์มีให้เลือกมากมาย (ขนมปัง ก๋วยเตี๋ยว ข้าวผัด นาซิเลอมัก ไก่ ซีเรียล สลัดและผลไม้) เสียดายที่โรตีปราตาไม่พร้อมตอน 7.00 น. ห้องอาบน้ำหญิงของสระว่ายน้ำไม่ทำงาน

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Initially new can't contact the receptionist and we do not know how to check in the unit. We have keep call and contact trip.com to resolve the issue for us. Is a bit tedious. In the email,.it mentioned just contact via WhatsApp, however, we call multiple time but no one answered the call, until we call the hotline.

ความสะอาดพอใช้ได้ ผ้าปูที่นอน ผ้าเช็ดตัวและผ้าห่มก็ซักด้วยผงซักฟอกกลิ่นหอม เห็นคราบเล็ก ๆ ที่เห็นได้ชัดเจน แต่ส่วนใหญ่เนื่องมาจากอายุจึงยอมรับได้ อย่างไรก็ตามโถชักโครกมีคราบอยู่ซึ่งค่อนข้างน่าขยะแขยง😅 ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเพราะใกล้กับร้านอาหารและร้านกาแฟมากมาย ที่จอดรถก็โอเค เพราะมีจำนวนมาก (สำหรับชาวสิงคโปร์ที่ขับรถเข้ามา) แต่ระวังอย่าจอดรถบางจุดที่ต้องเสียเงิน พนักงานเป็นกันเองสำหรับผู้ที่ให้บริการฉันเมื่อฉันเช็คอินไม่ได้รับชื่อของเธอ แต่เห็นรีวิวมากมาย มีพนักงานที่ไม่เป็นมิตรบางคน ซึ่งฉันรู้สึกขอบคุณที่ฉันไม่ได้ทำ 😅 โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมก็คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไปสำหรับการพักหนึ่งคืน! ห่างจากศุลกากรเพียงเล็กน้อย🫤 สำหรับมัมมี่ที่มีลูกๆ มีร้านค้าใกล้เคียงที่คุณสามารถเลือกซื้อของให้ลูกๆ ของคุณได้!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ที่พลาซ่า แต่บริเวณโดยรอบของพลาซ่าดูไม่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด ฉันชอบห้องอาบน้ำมาก บริเวณอาบน้ำมีขนาดใหญ่และมีอุปกรณ์คุณภาพสูง อยากจะแนะนำให้คนที่อยากได้ห้องใหญ่ราคาเบาๆ สบายๆ ไว้พักผ่อนในห้องแต่ไม่ได้ใส่ใจบรรยากาศของโรงแรมมากนัก

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini.
