Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

พนักงานบริการหน้าเป็นตูด สื่อสารลำบากเพราะเป็นคนอินเดีย ฟังยากมาก แต่ห้องสะอาด เลยพอหักลบไป จะขอฝากกระเป๋าก็ทำอารมณ์เสีย ทั้งๆที่ในแอปแจ้งว่าสามารถฝากกระเป๋าได้ แย่มากๆ มีมัดจำ 50ริงกิต/ห้อง ได้คืนตอนคืนห้อง

เราได้ห้อง 2 ห้องเนื่องจากห้องใหญ่เต็ม ดังนั้นเราจึงได้ห้องที่มีหน้าต่างซึ่งอยู่ที่ชั้นใต้ดิน... ฉันต้องบอกว่ามันน่ากลัวสำหรับเรา แต่โชคดีที่มันเป็นแค่คืนเดียว... โดยรวมแล้วก็งั้นๆ แต่อย่าคาดหวังอะไรมาก ฮ่าๆ

The hotel is in a strategic location with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. My room had a nice night view overlooking the Petronas station and the highway. However, the room was not very soundproof. Even from a higher floor, traffic and motorcycle racing noise on weekend nights could be heard quite clearly. Breakfast is not provided. Service was mixed. The reception staff during check-in at night were very friendly and helpful. However, some staff in the morning appeared less welcoming and rarely smiled when passing through the lobby and café area. The only staff member who stood out as particularly warm and welcoming was a Chinese gentleman, who may have been part of the management team. Overall, it was a decent hotel for a short one-night stay. We stayed here while attending a wedding in Masai before moving to another hotel in Bandar Seri Alam for the following two nights. ⭐⭐⭐☆

ชอบห้องพักที่กว้างขวาง มีแสงสว่างเพียงพอที่ชั้น 6 มีพื้นที่นั่งเล่นพร้อมโต๊ะ ฝักบัวดี เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นเร็ว ตู้เย็นบาร์ ไม่มีกลิ่นแปลกๆ ขอห้องที่เงียบสงบ นอนหลับสบาย ยกเว้นเสียงเคาะประตูข้างเคียง เดินไป KSL City Mall และร้านกาแฟหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง Taman Melodies ได้ 6 นาที การจองแสดงว่าอาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟตั้งแต่ 6.00 น. แต่ได้รับแจ้งว่า 7.00 น. พนักงานที่แจ้งความต้องการพิเศษพยายามเริ่มตั้งแต่ 6.30 น. โทรหาแม่บ้าน ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาทีในการส่งอาหาร เห็นฝุ่นเล็กน้อย บริการโดยรวมถือว่ายอมรับได้ อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์มีให้เลือกมากมาย (ขนมปัง ก๋วยเตี๋ยว ข้าวผัด นาซิเลอมัก ไก่ ซีเรียล สลัดและผลไม้) เสียดายที่โรตีปราตาไม่พร้อมตอน 7.00 น. ห้องอาบน้ำหญิงของสระว่ายน้ำไม่ทำงาน

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ที่พลาซ่า แต่บริเวณโดยรอบของพลาซ่าดูไม่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด ฉันชอบห้องอาบน้ำมาก บริเวณอาบน้ำมีขนาดใหญ่และมีอุปกรณ์คุณภาพสูง อยากจะแนะนำให้คนที่อยากได้ห้องใหญ่ราคาเบาๆ สบายๆ ไว้พักผ่อนในห้องแต่ไม่ได้ใส่ใจบรรยากาศของโรงแรมมากนัก

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Staying at Almas was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations were very comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Almas for anyone seeking a high-quality stay with great service and comfort. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.
