Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

เราได้ห้อง 2 ห้องเนื่องจากห้องใหญ่เต็ม ดังนั้นเราจึงได้ห้องที่มีหน้าต่างซึ่งอยู่ที่ชั้นใต้ดิน... ฉันต้องบอกว่ามันน่ากลัวสำหรับเรา แต่โชคดีที่มันเป็นแค่คืนเดียว... โดยรวมแล้วก็งั้นๆ แต่อย่าคาดหวังอะไรมาก ฮ่าๆ

Pros: The location is excellent, with plenty of halal dining options nearby and a small shopping mall just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the Mini Zoo and only 10 minutes from Desaru Beach. The room rates are affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a connecting room, which we greatly appreciated. The room was also clean and comfortable. Cons: One major inconvenience was that the refrigerator automatically switched off whenever we left the room. After spending a long, hot day outdoors, it was disappointing to return and find our drinks no longer cold. On our first night, we requested an extra towel and toothbrush set since there were three guests in the room. Unfortunately, the items were not delivered, even after we followed up at the front desk. There was also no floor mat provided. Thankfully, our experience improved the next day thanks to Zamre at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we received everything we needed. He also ensured our room was ready by 1 PM. Zamre’s excellent service truly stood out and made a positive difference to our stay. He is probably the main reason we would choose to return to Fives Desaru on our next visit. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, and with improvements in housekeeping responsiveness, the experience would be even better.

ชอบห้องพักที่กว้างขวาง มีแสงสว่างเพียงพอที่ชั้น 6 มีพื้นที่นั่งเล่นพร้อมโต๊ะ ฝักบัวดี เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นเร็ว ตู้เย็นบาร์ ไม่มีกลิ่นแปลกๆ ขอห้องที่เงียบสงบ นอนหลับสบาย ยกเว้นเสียงเคาะประตูข้างเคียง เดินไป KSL City Mall และร้านกาแฟหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง Taman Melodies ได้ 6 นาที การจองแสดงว่าอาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟตั้งแต่ 6.00 น. แต่ได้รับแจ้งว่า 7.00 น. พนักงานที่แจ้งความต้องการพิเศษพยายามเริ่มตั้งแต่ 6.30 น. โทรหาแม่บ้าน ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาทีในการส่งอาหาร เห็นฝุ่นเล็กน้อย บริการโดยรวมถือว่ายอมรับได้ อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์มีให้เลือกมากมาย (ขนมปัง ก๋วยเตี๋ยว ข้าวผัด นาซิเลอมัก ไก่ ซีเรียล สลัดและผลไม้) เสียดายที่โรตีปราตาไม่พร้อมตอน 7.00 น. ห้องอาบน้ำหญิงของสระว่ายน้ำไม่ทำงาน

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Initially new can't contact the receptionist and we do not know how to check in the unit. We have keep call and contact trip.com to resolve the issue for us. Is a bit tedious. In the email,.it mentioned just contact via WhatsApp, however, we call multiple time but no one answered the call, until we call the hotline.

ภายในค่อนข้างดีและเรียบง่าย ที่ตั้งค่อนข้างเงียบสงบและไม่มีห้างสรรพสินค้าอยู่รอบๆ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ติดกับโรงแรม มีร้านอาหารเล็กๆ อยู่บ้าง สะอาดพอสมควร ห้องน้ำเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้าและห้องพักก็มีรูปร่างเหมือนกัน ใช้พื้นที่เล็กๆ อย่างชาญฉลาด ถาดน้ำดื่มมีรอยลอก (คิดว่าอาจจะสึกหรอ) มีซองกาแฟและกระติกน้ำร้อนไว้บริการในห้อง มีถ้วยกาแฟด้วย ผ้าเช็ดตัว เจลอาบน้ำ/แชมพู และชุดแปรงฟันไว้บริการในห้องน้ำ

เหมือนโรงแรมบูติกสำหรับฉันมากกว่าโรงแรม ห้องพักสะอาด. มีบริการทำความสะอาดเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวและผ้าปูที่นอนทุกวัน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกขั้นพื้นฐาน (เช่น แปรงสีฟัน/ยาสีฟัน) มีให้บริการ โดยพื้นฐานแล้วคุณจะต้องหยิบไปทุกที่จากโรงแรมนี้ แต่มันก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่สำหรับเราเพราะ Grab มีราคาไม่แพงมากและเข้าถึงได้ใน JB ข้อเสียของโรงแรมนี้ และเหมือนกับที่หลายๆ คนรีวิวคือกันเสียงจากผนังและห้องพัก ห้องพักของโรงแรมมีเพียง 2 ชั้น ห้องของเราบังเอิญหันหน้าไปทางที่จอดรถหลายชั้นและบริเวณโรงจอดรถซึ่งมีรถบรรทุกขยะมาเก็บขยะกลางดึกซึ่งเสียงดังมากจนรบกวนการนอนของเราในคืนนั้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีคลับอยู่ใกล้ๆ และเราได้ยินเสียงคลับจากห้องของเราในตอนกลางคืน ผู้คนเปิดและปิดประตู เด็กวิ่งอยู่ในโถงทางเดิน ก็สามารถได้ยินได้เช่นกัน แต่เสียงเหล่านี้ดังขึ้นและลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ดังนั้นจึงไม่มีปัญหาใหญ่สำหรับเรา เรารำคาญรถบรรทุกขยะแค่คืนหนึ่ง ส่วนอีกคืนเราหลับได้ค่อนข้างดี พื้นที่อาบน้ำในห้องน้ำก็ไม่ได้แยกออกจากกัน (เท่าที่เห็นจากภาพของฉัน) ห้องน้ำทั้งหลังจะเปียกหลังจากอาบน้ำ นั่นไม่ใช่เรื่องใหญ่สำหรับฉัน แต่คู่ของฉันไม่ชอบมัน ห้องน้ำยังแห้งเร็วเนื่องจากการระบายอากาศ โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักยังค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ

The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and quiet. It is also quite large at 25m².The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is basic but adequate. VIP parking is 50 ringgit ...just outside the lobby and sheltered. Parking away from tbe lobby is 30 ringgit but not sheltered. There is another carpark in the basement which is free for hotel guests. There is a big supermarket and a Mr DIY at basement 1. There are many eateries and restaurants around the hotel...and I really mean many. We felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel.
