I am very happy with this hotel. It is within walking distance to the Iguazu Fall park and the bird park. It has a 24 hour Jacuzzi service and the room is cute. The entire hotel has a very nice vacationing vibe. The only complain i have is that the night that Brazil played with Morocco, we went to the bar to watch the game and have dinner. The waiter didn't tell us they have a special for that night that's significantly cheaper than ordering directly from the menu. Although I am ok to pay the price, i do feel cheated. Shouldn't the waiter offer the special first and let us decide whether to choose the special or order from the a la carte menu? This definitely left a bad impression of the hotel.

Es viejo ya el hotel - falta modernización. Pero están exprimiendo aful los turistas todavía, mientras pagan. Para mi la última vez acá, porque el ruido molesta muchísimo. Se escucha casi todo en la habitación, muy mal su aislamiento. Se escucha el vecino y tb los ruidos de afuera. Muy mal. El resto me parecía super bien, personal muy amable.

O hotel é muito bom, o quarto melhor que a maioria dos hotéis, no entanto, as condições do banheiro foram péssimas, sujo com marcas de urina seca no piso em frente ao bacio, bacio encardido por dentro, tampa do bacio solta, porta shampoo e sabonete no box solta, trinco soltando com risco de ficar preso no banheiro. Imperdoável um hotel com essa categoria e preço em um estado de conservação e limpeza do banheiro dessa maneira. O hotel fica anexo a um prédio de apartamentos e centro comercial. A recepção fica na sobreloja. A atendente na recepção era inexperiente. O atendimento pelos porteiros e manobristas foi muito bom. O café da manhã é em um restaurante no térreo, excelente e com bom atendimento.

Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado. O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo. O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.

Café da manhã Excelente, localização perfeita. Mas diária extremamente cara para o que o hotel oferece. Academia bem simples e spa em reforma. Além de nem ter uma piscina
