Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut! Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

เรามาถึงตอนกลางคืนตามแนวทางการนำทาง ตลอดทางจนถึงแสงสีดำ ฉันคิดว่าฉันไปที่ถิ่นทุรกันดาร โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ห้องพักสามารถรองรับได้ 2 ท่านเท่านั้น เด็กอายุมากกว่า 3 ปีจะต้องชำระค่าห้องพัก 60 หยวน ราคาครึ่งวันเกือบจะดังและราคาสุดท้ายคือ 40 ดอลลาร์ การออกแบบตกแต่งห้องนั้นเรียบง่ายมากแทบไม่มีการตกแต่งเลย ประตูห้องน้ำหันไปทางเตียง ห้องบนชั้นหนึ่งเรียบง่ายกว่า เตียงเล็กสองเตียงกว้างหนึ่งเมตรไม่มีพรม ในประเทศจีนไม่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานระดับห้าดาวอย่างสมบูรณ์

ตั้งอยู่ในที่ที่เขียวชอุ่มของป่าไม้ สภาพแวดล้อมที่สวยงามและสง่างาม เหตุผลที่ความชื้นสูง โรงแรมเป็นโครงสร้างไม้ทั้งหมด มีความรู้สึกของอายุ และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า

Great location to the falls and has everything you need as a base hotel. Also close the to airport which is a bonus.

Странно, что над главным входом нет вывески и фасад выглядит очень грустно. Очень медленный лифт, Хороший бассейн.
