I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

พักในห้องเตียงคู่สําหรับผู้หญิงบนชั้น 2 พร้อมห้องน้ําของตัวเอง เตียงสองชั้น และเตียงกว้าง 1.2 เมตร มีผ้าปูที่นอนสะอาด ปลอกหมอน และรองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง ล็อบบี้เป็นบาร์ กลางคืนคึกคักมาก จองอย่างระมัดระวัง ว่ากันว่าชั้น 3 เงียบสงบ (ห้อง 4 ห้อง ห้อง 6 คน) บริการด้วยความกระตือรือร้นและช่วยต้มน้ําร้อนที่ล็อบบี้ มีร้านอาหารและร้านค้ามากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และโฮสเทลมีแมวน่ารักและสุนัขวีไอพีตัวใหญ่เท่านั้น อารมณ์ดี สรุปคือทําเลดี คุ้มราคา เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีสําหรับความสะดวกสบาย นอกจากนี้: ตู้ในห้องเสียและไม่มีกาต้มน้ําในบ้าน

This is my second time to stay at this hotel I’m always amazed by the service quality offered by the team. The location is close tho the subway and shopping center. I would recommend this hotel to everyone willing to visit the city.

At the beginning it is hard for me to choose even the review is positive, but when I arrive and check in, I totally change my view. The surrounding is cozy, the room are clean with no cigarette odour even they provide ash tray in the room (suggest owner take away the ash tray and put a notice smoke at provider smoking area out side the premises), toilet are bright and water pressure is good (but hope the owner can make a little bit changes for the wiring system of the water heater), the food is tasty and size are too big for solo traveller (suggest to owner set a price for small size for not wasting food), the owner parents are friendly and always give the good service. At night, surrounding is quite and good to rest. it is a walking distance to Jing shang ling tourist center but if planning to do the sunrise walk the owner will provide a transfer service to the entrance at 330am. Overall it is a good choice to stay here.

Wonderful location just at the entrance of Chengde Mountain Resort. Possibly walkable from Chengde rail station (not Chengde South / Chengdenan). Friendly front desk staff. Had initial issue with in-room wifi router. Resolved by changing room. The room itself was located at the back of the main building. Bathroom was a bit odd; showering will wet the toilet bowl seating area. Hot water initially didn’t work well but eventually improved. Note that the reception will require ¥100 deposit; best if paid cash so that you get the cash back on checkout (whereas using AliPay or credit card may take some time for the money to be returned). Generous daily housekeeping with towel changes and bottled water. Refillable drinking water was also available at the lobby. Lots of eating options around the hotel area. Buses to Puning Temple are also easily accessible and very frequent.

ฉันเคยเล่น Taiwu มาหลายครั้งแล้ว อันนี้หันหน้าไปทางภูเขาบนชั้น 1 Yuelu ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากและสะดวกมาก คุณสามารถเล่นสกี รับประทานอาหาร และแช่น้ําพุร้อนได้ มาเล่นสกีในอนาคตและอาศัยอยู่ที่นี่

I got some promotions through Trip.com, so I only paid 100yuan for the night. The location of the hotel is good, nearby Jinshanling great wall, the rooms are nice for the price and clean. The host is very kind and helpful + he speaks English very well! Took me to Jinshanling at 0330 in the morning and helped me to buy a ticket. Also gave some good tips regarding the wall. Downsides were that the mattress is really thin and hard, noise from other rooms can be heard (bring earplugs), and for me there was no water or toilet paper in the room. But otherwise for the price it is a great place to stay at.
