I was very disappointed with the service I recieve. The first night I could not close the shade so I stayed up most of the night because there were cars and a lamp pole shinning directly in my window. I was lied to by the receptionist on duty that the maintenance man would fix the problem the next morning.. Again I had to endure the lights shinning in my room. I was told that they would move me. I was told by staff that the other rooms had broken shades also. I suppose to have a handicapped accessible room. Their virgin of a handicapped room was a shower with a overhead water and a small bench on the floor for a smallshort person. The maid did all she could to help by covering the window with trash bags and paste board boxes which worked amazingly well. I gave her a nice tip for helping me. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a shower chair so I could take a shower. They refuse to refund my money so I couldn't go any where else. I should not had to endure 2 days of little sleep and no shower cause it could be fix with a chair under 50 dollars. No hotel should be allowed to advertise handicapped accessible if they don't meet the minimum standards of what accessible means. The hotel is very convenient to my family and friends. The food was good and the receptionist on the day we left did apologize for the inconvenient.
For the reasonable cost of this hotel it was excellent. What made this stay for us was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Beverly went above and beyond for us. The only downside was the heater wasn’t working in the pool but things happen that are unexpected.
I had a terrible experience except with 2 employees. The accommodations result was me demanding politely to speak to the owner. The staff gave way much more infirmary on this topic. I spoke to this individual and learnt that I'd be given another night free charge which was fair considering what I've been put through. Overall I'm giving this a 1 and a half star. The did that is broken and not up to code is astounding and when ai tried to discuss this with the owner, it was well accepted. However, the door that the other room broke while I was staying there I saw the young man passing $250 dollars (and I think knowing Disputed architecture enough to know that type of for in the bathroom is worth less than than our together with the labor. I just.. regret not going to the Hilton. (Paris is Sliving and I'm proud that she is trying as an adult after all she's been through).
