Beautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!

This is a very nice place to stay. The room was clean, convenient, and comfortable. They also provide free drinks such as coffee and tea. Another great point is that guests can buy food and heat it up there, which is very convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ฉันเลือกห้องที่มีระเบียง ซึ่งสามารถมองเห็นสถานีรถไฟในเวลากลางคืนได้ ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวคือต้องไปที่อาคารข้างๆ เพื่อเช็คอินและรับประทานอาหารเช้า

Excellent location, minutes away from the city centre. The hotel is well-designed, staffs are friendly and incredibly helpful. Room is well-equipped, very spacious and has a high ceiling. It also has large windows which let in plenty of sunlight. Bed and mattress are comfortable. Bathroom is reasonably-sized, and has all the things one needs. Water pressure and temperature are excellent. The room is soundproof from the street noise, but not from the hallway, so the door-closing noise from the next room can be loud enough to wake one’s up in the morning. The room is largely clean, but the shower curtain needs more frequent washing. All and all, it was an excellent stay.

Appartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed. NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

Net en goed georganiseerd hotel net buiten het centrum van Antwerpen. Kamer was keurig en schoon. Geluidsisolatie was goed. Bedden lagen goed, hoofdkussen kon je kiezen uit zacht en iets steviger. Ondanks deze keuze lag het toch niet echt comfortabel. Uitzicht op het water. Wel tussen 2 gebouwen door, maar we zagen het water! Ontbijt ook lekker en goed geregeld. Al met al een aanrader!

โรงแรมนี้เป็นโรงแรมเก่าและเก่ามาก มีกลิ่น ค่อนข้างแรงจากห้องน้ำ ห้องพักแรกทิ้งเราได้รับเลือก พอเปิดประตูเข้าไปมีกระเป๋าเดินทางวางอยู่และมีรองเท้าของผู้ชายวางอยู่ในห้องแต่ไม่มีคนอยู่เราตกใจมากขอเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องที่ 2 ห้องที่ 2 พอเปิดประตูเข้าไปก็มีกลิ่นห้องน้ำปะทะจมูกมาอย่างแรงและห้องที่ 3 เราได้ห้องพักซึ่งแคบมาก ถ้าเป็นไปได้ควรจะเลือกที่พักที่อื่น

Check out time 10 o clock, is not good,I requested but she Elizabeth rejected my request very roude you must be leave before 10 .in this situation I m not happy , normally check out time 12 o clock , advertising free parking thay lying no parking available in the promises.i parked paid parking on the road. In the kitchen no tea kettle.

Nice location — the cathedral is right in front, with a lovely view, and most of the main points of interest in the city center are within walking distance. The apartment itself is nice, with an oven, WiFi, and several beds. There are also lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and it is not as noisy as some reviews suggested. That said, there are a few things to improve. Check-in is a bit inconvenient as you have to walk around 17 minutes to get the key — the process could be made less painful for guests. The hot water was not working during my stay, and cleanliness, , was not the strongest point.
