滿意😀～除了不靠近中心區域，一切都好～靠近火車站，去布魯日和根特還是挺方便的。 大堂有水果、糖果和飲料🥤提供。 早餐不錯，最後一張是餐廳有台自動煎餅機，很好玩😃 第一次住這個品牌酒店，下次會繼續考慮。

Good location (about 7 mins walk to the Antwerp-Centraal train station/ Chinatown). We had an issue with the rooms (they gave us the code for the wrong room and we had put our luggage there only to find out we were supposed to be in a different room. However, it was solved quickly by their staff (everything is digital there including check in/ check out, you get a code upon arrival to enter the building and room)). 24hr parking near by (about 5 mins walk from the hotel) but we had issue re-entering the car park as their system was down. Pretty clean room with laundry machine, kitchen and utensils.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!

Amazing Hotel, even though we arrived there very late, the staff were still holding a smile. The room itself is also extremely good!

A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

Hôtel très bien placé si vous avez un événement au conservatoire ou à l’expo. Facile d’accès en transport en commun. Chambre confortable cependant un petit rafraîchissement serait à prévoir pour la salle de bain.

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.
