very good hotel, clean, friendly staff, in the very neighbourhood of the station, buffet style breakfast with a lot of choise. This hotel is a good base for visiting Antwerp. It has opportunities for business meetings.

Good hotel, Good location, parking inside the garage. Very good breakfast! Can use the gym at their neighbours.. also restaurant was very good, maybe a little expensive. Very nice people. Good stay!!!

All hotel staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Spacious and modern rooms, as well as a great breakfast buffet make the stay very pleasant. Hotel garage with very fair prices, other hotels can take an example. If we are back in Antwerp, I will definitely stay overnight again.

The hotel is recent, modern and well organized. The reception desk and the rest of the staff is very professional. I did not have the opportunity to talk in French with them (=my mother tongue), so I can not tell you my experience in this field. The rooms are clean, fresh, calm, well decorated and not dating at all. The hotel is very recent and smells somewhat like a Zara-Home shop. The furniture is in a very good state and well designed. We tried to find some small damages in the room, but nothing! We adored. The beds were very comfortable and we highly appreciated the breakfast which was excellent. Nothing was missing and the quality was excellent. The staff in the restaurant was in a good mood, which shows that there is a good working atmosphere.Just what we hoped in accordance with the comments we read. You will not be disappointed at all, on the contrary. A parking is situated under the hotel (5 eur/night). It has nothing to do with the Q-Park of the railway station nearby (80 m / costs 28 eur/night)). It was a bit pity that we were not given some explanations before our arrival to find it better. A small map would have been appreciated with the reservation documentation. I would say it is a point a attention for the future. What we did not appreciated : we were there during With Sunday and the price of the room was 50 eur higher than normal. We paid 188 eur + parking 5 eur. Also note that the railway tickets have to be paid as well when you want to go to the city centre (one way ticket 5 eur/person). So for a three star hotel, on the right way to be a four star hotel, definitely too high. We recommend but outside special calendar days

All pretty standard apart from the signage in the car park which is a shared facility. Not at all clear which spaces to use. Receptionist was very helpful in providing tram details. Breakfast usual hotel buffet served warm croissants which isn't commonplace.

Convenient location to get into town by public transport. The lobby is nice, clean and cozy. The courtyard is also very nice. It’s got a huge parking lot right under which is also very convenient. Despite the the signs “non-smoking room” it reeked of cigarettes. The kind only smoker’s home does. The room seemed clean but there wears some dust collected in different places. The bed was made in a way I wouldn’t expect from a no-star hotel. Something that takes less than 10 seconds to fix. Reception desk staff was very nice and friendly. Anyway. Not what you’d expect from a Radisson hotel. Judging by the comments so far it seems attention to detail has gone down just recently.
