Good location (about 7 mins walk to the Antwerp-Centraal train station/ Chinatown). We had an issue with the rooms (they gave us the code for the wrong room and we had put our luggage there only to find out we were supposed to be in a different room. However, it was solved quickly by their staff (everything is digital there including check in/ check out, you get a code upon arrival to enter the building and room)). 24hr parking near by (about 5 mins walk from the hotel) but we had issue re-entering the car park as their system was down. Pretty clean room with laundry machine, kitchen and utensils.

ไกลจากสถานีแต่ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด เตียงนอนสบายจริงๆ ให้ฉันขวดน้ำ ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะหรือเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำในห้องพัก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกน่าผิดหวังเล็กน้อย แชมพู ครีมอาบน้ำ และซักมือ ครบในหนึ่งเดียว ไม่มีครีมนวดหรือโลชั่นบำรุงผิว

Super leuk en hip  Hotel in een van de mooiste gezelligste wijken van Antwerpen -Zuid gelegen bij een prachtig park, parkeergarages en faciliteiten.  Met de tram voor de deur rijdt je binnen 10 minuten het centrum in. Het hotel is hip en jong. Inchecken aan de bar waar je gelijk een lekkere welkoms cocktail krijgt. De hotel lounge is een hippe bar met lekkere muziek of DJ en en  een goede  kaart voor wat te happen, dineren en drinken. De hotelkamers zijn niet heel groot maar, modern, strak en functioneel voor een weekend in Antwerpen. De bedden liggen lekker stevig en de kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd. Zeker keer doen.

Stay was much like others mentioned. Hotel is very new, 24/7 reception, onsite gym and reasonably sized rooms. Some personell doesn't speak Dutch, which is not acceptable to us, please do some effort to learn the language of the country you work in please. The braided, black, tall lady was very friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast kitchen team, coffee should always come with a small treat. The only very big negative for us was that we put in the special requests that we preferred a quiet room on the back side of the building. We even followed up with an email. Only to be assigned a room on the front of the building when checking in. That is very annoying. Especially since there were rooms available on the back side, which we got assigned after complaining. NOT OK! Had a good stay, nice rest, and didn't mind the 5 mins walk to the metro for the city center. Expensive supermarket nearby was also a plus.

ที่พักที่นี่ อยู่ใกล้กับร้านอาหารมากมาย และอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก ในการเที่ยว ห้องใหญ่ กว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วน ประทับใจมาก

First at most, the AC is broken in ＞30 C temperature… it was brutal, we were not informed prior arrival… was told they will fixed it the next day… then it was not fixed… the mobile AC unit was useless eventually the coolant ran out… it became a fan… the room is renovated but the building largely is not… location is great near everything you need. Staff are friendly but I was never presented any resolution on the AC… it was somewhat disappointed on my first ever stay in Antwerp…

這是我這次歐洲行13家酒店裡麪最好的一家，而且價格也很實惠。安特衞普是我第一次去，然後第一天住的holidayinn分給我的房間特別差，我本來是定了兩天的，所以臨時決定換一家。然後早上8:00我到這家酒店的前台跟他們商量，我説能不能讓我早一點入住，因為他們本來入住時間是下午3點。他們很熱情的接待了我，然後我12點不到過去就給我入住了。然後還問我要高樓層還是要有風景的，然後分給我的那間房間簡直驚艷到我了，是一個轉角。可以看到最美火車站，中央火車站。然後房間裏有三個轉椅沙發，還有膠囊咖啡機。特別特別的滿意。走的時候我跟他們説，我把你們酒店推薦給我所有的中國朋友。而且他們走廊裏的畫也特別漂亮，這家酒店太藝術了，而且價格比別的酒店還便宜。非常好，感謝之情無法用語言表達。每家酒店都像他們這麼好就好了，然後我其他的酒店就很一言難盡。

The stay overall was nice, had good breakfast, and great location. The rooms were really cold and the little electric heater sadly didn’t do us much justice. Maybe not ideal for colder seasons. Also the pictures didn’t clearly show that the shower would be in the room with nothing to cover the part? The pictures pf the room we booked showed a seperate bathroom so we were confused. Not ideal for family settings but we only stayed two nights which made it more bearable.
