Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

Staying at Dar D’or Fez was truly one of the highlights of my time in Fes. This beautiful riad perfectly captures the charm and authenticity of Moroccan hospitality. The design is stunning—traditional architecture with intricate details, colorful tiles, and a peaceful courtyard that feels like a hidden oasis inside the bustling medina. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated, making it both cozy and visually impressive. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with directions, recommendations, or simply a friendly chat. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and served in a relaxing setting. It was the perfect way to start the day before exploring the vibrant streets of the medina. The location is excellent, close enough to major attractions yet tucked away in a quiet area, allowing for a restful night’s sleep

Great stay overall. The location is perfect, right inside the medina. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The only small issue was that the hot water was a bit limited, so showers need to be quick, but the water temperature was good. What really impressed us was how kind the host was. We had to leave early on our second day and could not stay for breakfast, so he prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was packed very carefully and was perfect for the road. The staff was super nice. They offered tea when I felt sick. Especially the breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, Yunus has helpful all along. However there were a couple of things that we did not like. We had booked a room that in the end was not where we stayed. They told us they'd give us a better room, as the original one was too noisy. I suppose that was true, that the original was too noisy, the one we got did not get sounds from the interior, although it was way too loud outside. Bring earplugs. Also, out bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, and had a pretty uncomfortable configuration. The towels were not fully clean.

Visually the place is okay, with a roof terrace with a good view of hills and the medina for sunset. The bed was comfortable and the shower was decent, but the room was cold. The owner is a bit of clown, and the breakfast is very poor, with no eggs. My booking was for 2 people, including breakfast for 2 people, but since I am just one person, the least they could do is throw in a couple of fried eggs and some pleasant Moroccan hospitality — but there was none. No English is spoken, so make sure your French is good enough to complain about the poor, glucose-spiking, protein-less peasant’s breakfast.

Прекрасный,уютный,колоритный отель в самом сердце Феса,в Медине. От голубых ворот идти примерно 7 минут по главной улице. Тишина. Красота везде в каждой мелочи интерьера. Услужливый персонал. Всегда улыбаются. у нас был номер люкс ,он выходил прямо из холла. Дверь в номер-это целое произведение искусства! Сам номер очень колоритный. Горячая и холодная вода,хороший вай фай Завтрак в мвррокаеском стиле ,с выпечкой и джемом. На крыше есть терасса. Вечером приятно там посидеть. Спасибо большое!

The Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you. If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
