Easy access to parking with RM2.00 charges only. Need to inform the counter before going out from the car park. But the room are quit dusty and old. Bought my own room perfume to get rid of a weird smell from the room. Room was big but the room environment was not pleasant. Toilet was clog and I checked out earlier, TRIP made it easy and i manage to get a refund because i change my schedules. Suppose to check out on 25th but change check out date to 24th.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, expect the toilet is sharing and it's very dirty!. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of my stay. Everything about this hotel felt high-quality, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ น้ำไหลแรงดี หมอนยางพารานอนสบายมาก แถมมีหมอนนิ่มอีกใบด้วย แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดทุกคืน เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกวัน มีน้ำทุกวัน และกระดาษทิชชู่ด้วย มีหน้าต่างกว้างขวาง ดูไม่อึดอัด

The room has a very vintage feel, and given the price we paid, we didn’t set high expectations. However, we were truly surprised by the location — the balcony faces directly towards Mount Kinabalu, offering a breathtaking view! The room itself is quite basic, with only essential amenities like towels, a hot water heater, hangers, a kettle, and a hairdryer. But what truly made our stay memorable was the owners, a lovely couple who treated us like family. Their warmth and hospitality were beyond expectations, and they were always ready to help with any inquiries about Kundasang. They also mentioned that the place will be undergoing renovations soon after nearly 30 years. I am really looking forward to returning. Because honestly, their hospitality won my heart! ❤️

After staying at Gaya Centre Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, I found it to be a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location, as it is within walking distance of popular attractions such as Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, Gaya Street, and Jesselton Point. This made it easy for me to explore the city without relying heavily on transportation.

Stayed at Dreamtel Kota Kinabalu and really enjoyed it! The room is clean, spacious and the bed is super comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Great central location — easy walk to attractions, restaurants and the Gaya Street.

📍 Location: Strategic gila. Walking distance ke Pantai Tanjung Aru – memang terbaik kalau nak tengok sunset tanpa perlu drive. Sangat recommended untuk kaki sunset 🌅 🧹 Cleanliness: Standard hotel lama, tapi masih bersih dan selesa. Overall okay dan berbaloi dengan harga yang dibayar. 🤝 Service: Recommended. Staff helpful dan responsive. Iron & iron board pun terus dihantar ke bilik bila request – very convenient. 🏨 Amenities: Semua basic amenities lengkap dan berfungsi dengan baik. Cuma tiada bidet dalam tandas.

โดยรวมดีครับ ติดทะเล วิวดีมาก มีผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้พอใช้ คนอื่นๆ พูดภาษามาเลย์ได้นิดหน่อย ไม่เข้าใจครับ ค่าเรือไปท่าเรือ 400 ริงกิตมาเลเซีย ควรยืนยันที่ตั้งท่าเรือให้ชัดเจนครับ สำคัญมาก โรงแรมสร้างติดทะเล ปลากับทะเลสวยมากครับ มีโอกาสได้เล่นเม่นทะเลและสัตว์อื่นๆ ครับ น่าสนใจมากครับ แต่ค่อนข้างชื้น น้ำเย็น มีห้องพัดลมครับ ไม่รู้ว่าห้องแอร์จะดีกว่านี้ไหม ได้อาหารสามมื้อกับของหวานตอนบ่ายคุ้มจริงๆ สั่งล็อบสเตอร์กับปลาเพิ่ม ราคาเหมาะสม รสชาติอร่อย เกาะนี้รับเงินสดครับ ไม่มีการชำระเงินผ่าน WeChat และ Ali ทุกคนพยายามนำเงินสดมาเอง ยังมีคนจีนเยอะอยู่ครับ ฮ่าๆ รูปสุดท้ายเป็นรูปท่าเรือครับ

โรงแรมใน Semporna พักสามวัน คุณภาพดีและราคาถูก สะอาด ออกง่าย และใกล้ท่าเรือทั้งสองมาก มีบาร์กาแฟพระอาทิตย์ตกริมชายหาดที่ประตูและสตาร์บัคส์อยู่ด้านหลัง เช็คอินสบายมาก 

水屋整體體驗還蠻不錯的，環境設施都挺好的，特別是管家小敏非常熱情，給個大大的好評，關注行程每一步，讓人非常省心，接送機安排到位，衣服忘在司機車上也很快幫忙聯繫，整體是非常舒服的一次體驗，推薦給希望入住水屋的小夥伴
