Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sixty3. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Gaya Street with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Kota Kinabalu city.”

My stay at Summer Hotel Kota Kinabalu with my friend was a pleasant experience for those looking for a budget room with two separate beds. The room was comfortable, although some amenities were limited. The location is a bit quiet at night as it is situated at the back, but overall it was a good stay.

Very comfortable hotel. when finished checking in while taking the elevator to the room, the smell of the elevator was very fragrant and soothing. The room was comfortable, the floor had carpet, otherwise of course your feet would feel cold. The toilet equipment was good. The smell of the shower gel was like the smell of laundry detergent😅but it was okay. The air conditioner was cold, the room had a window with a beautiful view of the city and the soothing sea.

This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

Easy access to parking with RM2.00 charges only. Need to inform the counter before going out from the car park. But the room are quit dusty and old. Bought my own room perfume to get rid of a weird smell from the room. Room was big but the room environment was not pleasant. Toilet was clog and I checked out earlier, TRIP made it easy and i manage to get a refund because i change my schedules. Suppose to check out on 25th but change check out date to 24th.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was extremely clean, including the bathroom, and all the amenities provided were complete and well-maintained. The location is also very strategic and convenient. I especially appreciated the Smart TV connected to WiFi, which allowed us to enjoy YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services. What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. Both the reception and housekeeping teams were exceptionally warm and welcoming. During our three-day stay, the hotel even reached out via WhatsApp every morning to check if we needed room service or housekeeping, which was a very thoughtful and impressive touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. As a suggestion for future improvement, it would be great if the hotel could provide an iron and ironing board in each room. Currently, these facilities are available in limited units along the hallway. However, this was not a major issue for us—just a small recommendation to enhance convenience for guests.
