โรงแรมสวยงาม ห้องพักอาจจะเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ระเบียงมีวิวที่โล่งและสบายมาก (ดูรูปที่ 9-10) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน และหากคุณต้องการสิ่งของใดๆ คุณสามารถสแกนคิวอาร์โค้ดเพื่อสั่งซื้อ และพนักงานจะนำมาส่งให้ที่ห้องของคุณ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย เวลาเช็คเอาท์คือ 12.00 น. ซึ่งเหมาะสมมาก

Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street. Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

It was a great stay at Opus.  The location is everything, the staff were wonderful especially Kartika who guided us on everything to do & eat in Bergen. She was v kind and helpful.  The breakfast had a great spread. And I would highly recommend this hotel.
