โรงแรม 5 ดาว ในชิงไห่ จีน

ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่และสะดวกสบาย แต่ระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้นร้อนเกินไปและทำให้รู้สึกร้อนมาก เตียงนอนค่อนข้างสบาย การบริการของโรงแรมดีมาก แผนกต้อนรับอยู่ชั้น 21 และอาหารเช้าอยู่ชั้น 5 อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดีมีหลากหลายและรสชาติดี มีพื้นที่จอดรถฟรีใต้ดิน ใกล้สถานีมากเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาที ใช้เวลาเพียงประมาณ 30 นาทีเพื่อไปสนามบินโดยแท็กซี่

The hotel room commands a beautiful city view especially during night hours. Front office provides detailed information about hotel facilities and amenities. Special thanks to Assistant Manager 小杨，she has done extra miles to ensure my stay would be a memorable one. Also provides tea time snacks including local fruits, yogurt and crackers. Supper is absolutely delicious with dumplings and sweet red bean rice balls. Of course breakfast is very wide range of choices with local and some western dishes. I like the grind coffee. Decided to extend another 3 nights. Once again a BIG thank to 小杨。

This is definitely a five star hotel by international standard. The location is convenient and the reception was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the room is complete and the size of the room is extremely suitable for a family of three. The breakfast is surprising international and the selections are of a full varieties of both local and international cuisine. A place to be at whenever you're within the vicinity.

Room is spacious, location is great however the breakfast is pretty miserable. Bring a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is disappointing!😞 breakfast is served from 6.30am-10.30am, we arrived for breakfast at 9am but most food are almost finished and not replenished. At the egg station the condiments such as onions, tomatoes etc for scramble eggs were empty, told the chef nothing left for the eggs, he replied : orh, means no more already😱😱 its 1.5hrs from closing for breakfast and most food items not replenished anymore is not acceptable. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but this is certainly a very bad experience

The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

เราและครอบครัวมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้มาก เราจองห้องพัก 2 ห้อง และตอนเช็คอิน ทางโรงแรมได้อัพเกรดห้องให้เราฟรี เป็นห้องที่ดีกว่าพร้อมวิวทะเลสาบชิงไห่จากระเบียง! โรงแรมและห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด และอยู่ในสภาพดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ (เปิดในปี 2023) อยู่ห่างจากจุดชมวิวทะเลสาบชิงไห่หลักประมาณ 3-4 นาที ทำให้ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมล้อมรอบด้วยภูเขาที่มีแกะ จามรี แพะ และสัตว์อื่นๆ เล็มหญ้าอยู่มากมาย ทำให้คุณได้สัมผัสทั้งบรรยากาศของภูเขาและทะเลสาบ ซึ่งช่วยผ่อนคลายจิตใจได้เป็นอย่างดี การบริการของพนักงานโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม อบอุ่น และเอาใจใส่เสมอ อาหารอร่อยและเป็นอาหารฮาลาล!!! เรารู้สึกดีใจมากที่สามารถเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารชิงไห่แสนอร่อยได้อย่างสบายใจ :-) ขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง และเราจะกลับมาที่โรงแรมนี้อีกแน่นอนในการเดินทางไปทะเลสาบชิงไห่ในอนาคต

เมื่อฉันมาที่เมืองกอร์มัม ฉันชอบเมืองที่ราบสูงแห่งนี้มาก สะดวกสบายและเป็นธรรมชาติ ไม่มีการค้ามากเกินไป แม้ว่าจะมีแรงเสียดทานเล็กน้อยในตอนแรก แต่ผู้จัดการร้านอาหารก็ปรับแผนทันทีและขอโทษฉันซ้ําแล้วซ้ําเล่า ความสะดวกสบายเป็นร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์เมื่อฉันออกจากร้านในที่สุด นี่ทําได้ดีกว่าแบรนด์ฮิลตันในเมืองอื่นจริงๆ! ไม่กี่โรงแรมสามารถตระหนักถึงความผิดพลาดของพวกเขาได้ทันที แล้วความเร็วก็ดําเนินการแผนB ทันทีและชดเชยความกังวลของลูกค้าอย่างสมบูรณ์ ฉันคิดว่านี่เป็นสิ่งที่ดีมาก! ที่จอดรถสะดวกมาก เหมาะกับการเดินทางแบบขับเอง สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบของโรงแรมดีสําหรับการเดิน แม้ว่าแผนกต้อนรับมักจะเห็นเพียงคนเดียว แต่การกระทําที่มีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้ อุดหนุนสัตว์เลี้ยงเป็นกันเองต่อไป

What a surprise. I cancelled two other bookings to choose this hotel. And you should do the same. This hotel will meet all your needs for visiting Xining. I can see that this hotel gets top marks for customer service. Location, facilities, very clean, all 5 out of 5. The breakfast buffet serves healthy food, there were not a lot of items, but it's on a quality scale. Xining is a beautiful city and so are their local citizens. Top attractions the temple and the wildlife zoo, are not to be missed. Because there is a big variance of 20 degrees from day to night, the hotel room does get hot in the afternoon, that is the nature of the northwest of China. Hotel will provide a fan to cool down the room.. I will be back to Xining and this hotel.

ห้องพักในโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อพิจารณาจากราคาที่เราจ่ายไป 10/10 มีร้านสะดวกซื้อเล็กๆ อยู่ถัดไปที่ชั้นล่าง ซึ่งทำให้หยิบของจำเป็นได้ง่าย มีผู้ชายคนหนึ่งซึ่งฉันไม่ได้ถามชื่อ เขาทำงานกะกลางคืนที่แผนกต้อนรับพร้อมแว่นตาและเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับโรงแรมที่ช่วยเหลือดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพบมา สิ่งเหล่านี้ทำให้ฉันนึกถึงการเข้าพักที่ซันยูด้วยความรัก

Nice comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings, clean and well maintained..The door men/concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived & leaving. The food/beverage supervisor was very supportive and helpful, We decided to try the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hours, The lounge environment is very elegant & customer service Miss Hu was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality, food and drinks. There are 2 malls close to this apartment hotel which is attached to Sofitel.
