ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่และสะดวกสบาย แต่ระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้นร้อนเกินไปและทำให้รู้สึกร้อนมาก เตียงนอนค่อนข้างสบาย การบริการของโรงแรมดีมาก แผนกต้อนรับอยู่ชั้น 21 และอาหารเช้าอยู่ชั้น 5 อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดีมีหลากหลายและรสชาติดี มีพื้นที่จอดรถฟรีใต้ดิน ใกล้สถานีมากเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาที ใช้เวลาเพียงประมาณ 30 นาทีเพื่อไปสนามบินโดยแท็กซี่

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Assistant Manager Xiao Yan and her staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. Special thanks to Manager Yuan for accommodating my online booking error with such professionalism and care. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the new district near Wanda Square, offering beautiful night views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The separate dry and wet bathroom areas were especially convenient and thoughtfully designed. The nightly snacks were both heartwarming and satisfying, and the breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of choices. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Xining.

The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

This is definitely a five star hotel by international standard. The location is convenient and the reception was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the room is complete and the size of the room is extremely suitable for a family of three. The breakfast is surprising international and the selections are of a full varieties of both local and international cuisine. A place to be at whenever you're within the vicinity.

เพิ่งเช็คเอาท์ไป และการเลือกมาเที่ยวทะเลสาบชิงไห่ในเดือนมีนาคมช่วงนอกฤดูกาลท่องเที่ยวถือเป็นการตัดสินใจที่ถูกต้องจริงๆ ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับอัพเกรดห้องพักให้ฉันเป็นห้องวิวทะเลสาบชั้นสูง วิวทะเลสาบที่ปกคลุมด้วยน้ำแข็งและภูเขาที่ปกคลุมด้วยหิมะอยู่ตรงหน้าประตูนั้นสวยงามหาที่เปรียบไม่ได้ ห้องพักอบอุ่นมาก อบอุ่นเกินไปหน่อยในตอนกลางคืน และทางโรงแรมก็เตรียมเครื่องทำความร้อนไฟฟ้าสำรองไว้ให้ด้วย แม้ว่าจะมีแขกไม่มาก แต่บริการก็ยอดเยี่ยม น้ำร้อนใช้เวลาสักพักกว่าจะร้อน แต่เมื่อร้อนแล้วอุณหภูมิก็คงที่มาก น้ำร้อนมีให้บริการตั้งแต่ 20.00 น. ถึง 10.00 น. ดังนั้นควรหลีกเลี่ยงการอาบน้ำในช่วงกลางวัน ระบบออกซิเจนในห้องถูกปิดชั่วคราว แต่ทางโรงแรมก็เตรียมถังออกซิเจนแบบพกพาไว้ให้ ซึ่งทำให้รู้สึกอุ่นใจ อาหารเช้าส่งตรงถึงห้องระหว่าง 8.00 น. ถึง 9.00 น. ประกอบด้วยอาหาร 9 อย่างพร้อมนมร้อน รสชาติดีและปริมาณเยอะ ด้วยราคาเท่านี้ คุณจะได้รับประสบการณ์ที่เทียบเท่ากับสามถึงสี่พันหยวนในช่วงฤ peak season ซึ่งถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก

在高原小城被一家“老酒店”治癒了！服務員追着幫我買襪子🧦 沒想到在格爾木這個高原小城，被希爾頓逸林狠狠暖到了！💛 來之前聽説酒店有點年頭，心裏還犯嘀咕。入住後發現，雖然裝修是經典的老錢風，但保養得極好，房間乾淨舒適，床品是金可兒的天逸之床，在海拔2800米的高原睡得特別安穩。 最感動的是客房服務員！出差匆忙忘帶商務襪，阿姨打掃時看到我光腳的樣子，主動問要不要幫我去買。本以為是指個路，結果她特意跑出去挑了回來，還貼心地問顏色喜好，連標簽都沒拆怕我不喜歡，需要換。在這個時代，這種發自內心的熱情太珍貴了！ 更意外的是，這家酒店竟然有國際標準的恆温泳池！高原上游泳簡直奢侈，游完泳渾身通透，高原上能暢遊一番簡直是意外之喜！健身房也是Precor高端器材，出差保持狀態完全沒問題。 這家酒店無愧於高原上的“綠洲”之稱。硬件可以有年代感，但刻在骨子裡的服務意識，才是真正的五星。 下次來格爾木，還住這裏！👏

What a surprise. I cancelled two other bookings to choose this hotel. And you should do the same. This hotel will meet all your needs for visiting Xining. I can see that this hotel gets top marks for customer service. Location, facilities, very clean, all 5 out of 5. The breakfast buffet serves healthy food, there were not a lot of items, but it's on a quality scale. Xining is a beautiful city and so are their local citizens. Top attractions the temple and the wildlife zoo, are not to be missed. Because there is a big variance of 20 degrees from day to night, the hotel room does get hot in the afternoon, that is the nature of the northwest of China. Hotel will provide a fan to cool down the room.. I will be back to Xining and this hotel.

I stayed at Xining Sanyu Hotel and found it to be a comfortable option for a short stay in the city. During my visit, the hotel appeared to be catering mainly to large tour groups, so the atmosphere felt quite busy at times. Upon arrival, there was no assistance available with luggage, which was a little surprising. That said, I was also told that service standards in Northwest China can differ from what travelers may be accustomed to in larger international cities, so I adjusted my expectations accordingly. The hotel itself was comfortable enough for an overnight stay and served its purpose well. While the service experience was fairly basic, it remains a practical choice for travelers passing through Xining.

Nice comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings, clean and well maintained..The door men/concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived & leaving. The food/beverage supervisor was very supportive and helpful, We decided to try the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hours, The lounge environment is very elegant & customer service Miss Hu was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality, food and drinks. There are 2 malls close to this apartment hotel which is attached to Sofitel.
