The Sofitel Xining is a first class hotel which in my experience lives up to its reputation for quality accommodation and outstanding service. The amenities are excellent and our room had the old world charm for which the hotel is renowned. And as always the experience of a hotel stay is measured by the standard of service and ee couldn’t have been more pleased with the helpful and attentive service offered by all the staff we encountered

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Assistant Manager Xiao Yan and her staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. Special thanks to Manager Yuan for accommodating my online booking error with such professionalism and care. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the new district near Wanda Square, offering beautiful night views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The separate dry and wet bathroom areas were especially convenient and thoughtfully designed. The nightly snacks were both heartwarming and satisfying, and the breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of choices. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Xining.

สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมดีมาก ห้องพักใหญ่ ห้องน้ำและสุขาแยกกัน เดินจากสถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงเพียง 10 นาที ราคาไม่แพง ร้อนจนเลือดกำเดาไหล... นอกจากนี้ยังมีข้อบกพร่องบางประการ ประการหนึ่งคือคุณภาพของแปรงสีฟันแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งไม่ดีเกินไปและมีขนหลุดออกจากปากเมื่อแปรงฟัน อีกอย่างคือ เมื่อทำความสะอาดในวันรุ่งขึ้นก็มีการเก็บเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำสกปรก แต่ฉันไม่ได้รับ ใหม่... บริการยังขาดอยู่ คุณต้องระวัง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบางอย่างเก่าไปหน่อยและทีวีไม่สามารถแคสต์หน้าจอได้

Excellent hotel all round. Location is good, front desk staff are very helpful, rooms are comfortably fitted, breakfast was ample. Restaurant sits on 2F with a good view of the bustling street corner and park beyond. The only minus point is that the room temperature is centrally controlled - during our stay, the heating was turned on which rendered the room overly warm. This was somewhat resolved by opening the casement windows.

It was simple and nice but wasnt really cost effective. Too bad I didn't get to try the breakfast which was supposed to be good, because we had to leave very early. But it was nice of them to pack us some bread and fruits.

The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

位置：鬧中取靜，離省博比較近，開車方便。 服務：專業，可能是接待公務企業人員較多的緣故。checkin時贈送了青海酸奶，好喝。 設施：房間寬敞明亮，有加濕器，升級到高樓層，視野好。 早餐：種類比較豐富，補充也比較及時，酸奶好喝。 不足：一是設施方面，房間衞浴區與床沒有物理隔離，雖然顯得空間通透，但安全感和分區不足；進門左手邊是茶水台，再往裡才是衣帽區，動線不夠合理。二是浴盆的淋浴花灑沒搞明白如何切換，水温也沒淋浴室的熱。三是早餐想要個咖啡外帶杯，服務員告知（原話）：這是自助餐，不能外帶😑！人性化略顯不足，建議學習下其他旅遊大省同類酒店，進一步提升和改善服務水平。 總結：入住在8月底，屬於旅遊旺季尾聲，400+一晚的價格，匹配設施服務看性價比挺高。
