I was disappointed that they gave only 2 bottles of water daily even though there were 3 of us. The room also does not have a fridge and had a safe which did not work. In addition, there was no self service laundrette where we could wash our laundry. The cleaner who did our room did not do a good job with the toilet - I kept seeing the same cotton bud on the floor next to the bin for the whole time that I was there. Also the room size is rather small for what should be able to accommodate 4 persons.

เราชอบห้องมุมวิวเมืองที่เราได้มาก มันสะอาด กลิ่นหอม หน้าต่างก็สะอาด สามารถมองเห็นเมืองได้ เสียอย่างเดียวที่รบกวนเรานิดนึงคือห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง เราสามารถได้ยินอะไรจากห้องอื่น ๆ ฮ่าฮ่าฮ่า พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับดีมากและยินดีต้อนรับ บาร์บนชั้นดาดฟ้านั้นเท่ห์และสวยงามและราคาก็สมเหตุสมผลมาก - ดูเหมือนว่าจะมีพนักงานไม่เพียงพอ การจัดระเบียบสถานที่นั้นไม่ดีเลยและคนที่เช็คอินบัตรประจําตัวที่ทางเข้าไม่ดีเขาดูเหมือนจะไม่อยู่ที่นั่น แต่โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมบาร์และพนักงานส่วนใหญ่ดีมากและยินดีต้อนรับ :)))

This is such a comfortable hotel, beds and bathtubs are great! Wish that parking was so expensive $40 a night

The hotel was great. Comfortable beds. Nice room layout. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. The easy way to fix would be to change out the mirror for a lighted mirror. Overall would stay there again.

整體建築有年代了，應該是木質建築，所以樓上樓下左右各種聲音都比較清楚，雖然鋪了地毯，但有共振。環境位置很好也很漂亮。但窗户也是基本沒做隔音，樓下公園有人大聲説話都能聽清楚。隔音效果比較差。

Beautiful and elegant decor. Great location for downtown. Owen at front desk was terrific. friendly and accomodating. All staff were! Big rooms and comfortable beds. Lovely furnishings. Everything you need for a city stay!! Would definitely stay again.

over charge for requesting early check-in and offered upgrade which was not satisfactory.  Was not welcoming; .no service available.  Said free coffee! went there twice, both times was not available.  There was one person in the lobby to assist customers.  Did not have a great experience as had before.

The room was super clean and no smells. Everything felt new and well maintained. For the price, it feels pretty unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy to go anywhere in Portland, Close by malls and convenience store.

I recently stayed at Graduate Eugene and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel.
