Beautiful hotel. Very nice and clean. The air conditioning was weak, didn't keep the room cold. The room was big and comfortable beds. The gym facility was too small and limited, they put it at the front of the hotel near the bathroom and lobby, so it is embarrassing to use it and people watch you.... But overall, it is a very nice hotel because it is clean.

Nice spot in the heart of Hailar! The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was in full working order. The front desk woman was courteous and patient especially when dealing with an unfamiliar travel document that I was carrying for ID purposes. Overall a good value for anyone looking to stay in Hailar!

Very good hotel in Manzhouli. Excellent location, reasonable price and very clean. The staff at the hotel are also very polite and helpful. The lady at the reception was also very nice and gave out information as needed. Highly recommend.
