⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming. Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant. The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨

The room is clean, can request to change sheets and pillows sheets anytime. Location is accessible and near SM Batangas, have traspo like tricycle in front of the hotel. (Some driver may charge over price but it depends on how you negotiate ) receptionist is kind and approachable.

Stradella is really good to stay, the staff are friendly and they were very helpful in getting us through the day

We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading. We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given. Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection. While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.

Good value for money, although the hotel could use some refurbishment. The staff were very accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay here with our dogs 🐾.

Location is little far from services and shops , You cannot walk for necessary things, And they restaurant doesn't offer many options. So for your needs you have to depend on your car. The discount offered of 70 to 80 % is just a gimmick, you pay the actual rate even after discount. The price cannot be 30000 Pesos as shown on Trip website. The Photo and reality are far apart.

Our stay in Tagaytay was overall very enjoyable. The hotel offers absolutely stunning views of the lake, which was the highlight of our visit. The spaces are comfortable and well laid out, with a large pool perfect for relaxing. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and the bell service was a very nice touch. We also appreciated the play area, which makes the property especially convenient and family-friendly. On the downside, some of the furniture felt a little dated, and the response time when calling reception was not always as quick as expected. Still, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience. A great option in Tagaytay if you’re looking for comfort, beautiful views, and a family-oriented atmosphere.
