I think i booked deluxe room, during holidays. i didnt get room with nature /garden view. The hallway was so loud i can hear the people walking and fixing on next door. Its beautiful hotel but it requires a lot of fixing, the gym, the wellness spa which tagaytay /batangas are knowned . The roofdeck jacuzzi is not fixed, white walls turned into yellow . But i still love the vibe. I love nature , gardens.

We had a great stay at Hotel Casiana! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the high level of professionalism demonstrated by all staff members. The front desk team was efficient and courteous, making the check-in process seamless and pleasant. The room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable space to relax. I would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff. The meals were delicious, with a wide range of options, and the service was prompt and attentive. Special mention to angelica,kar,jerome who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their dedication and customer-first approach truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend timberland to both business and leisure travelers seeking top-notch service, comfort, and convenience. I look forward to returning in the future.

i love the view from the 6th floor room though the steps are quite challenging :) they also allow pet which is great though the only concern i had was that they charged me 2K PHP for additional fee on top of the pet cleaning fee per day (which is not part of the fine print) which is kind of weird honestly. they should manage guests of the fees that they will eventually charge for the pets at the onset. apart from this, i dont have any concerns with the property - staff are friendly and location is great!

I love how close the place is to so many food hub. The place was clean and staffs are nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how close our room is to the reception so we can hear people havin conversations all the time. But overall stay 👌 will def come back.
