The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. For a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy. One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it. However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each. The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems. The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water. For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

โรงแรมนี้ต้องให้ 5 ดาวเลยค่ะ! ตั้งแต่เช็คอินจนถึงเช็คเอาท์ ทุกรายละเอียดทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นและประทับใจจริงๆ พอเข้าพักก็ได้อัปเกรดห้องฟรี แถมยังได้รับชาฉีเหมินหงชาซึ่งเป็นชาท้องถิ่นของหวงซาน และขนมปังอบพื้นเมือง ซึ่งช่วยคลายความเหนื่อยล้าจากการเดินทางได้ทันที ที่ประทับใจที่สุดคือพนักงานสังเกตเห็นว่าฉันใส่กระโปรง เลยเตือนเป็นพิเศษว่าบนเขาอากาศเย็น ควรใส่กางเกงขายาว การเอาใจใส่เล็กๆ น้อยๆ แบบนี้ทำให้รู้สึกดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ! โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งฟรีไปศูนย์เปลี่ยนรถ มีทุกๆ 10 นาที สะดวกมากๆ สำหรับการเดินทางไปเที่ยวอุทยานแห่งชาติหวงซาน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายและราคาก็สมเหตุสมผล บริการรถร่วมก็ช่วยให้เดินทางได้ง่ายขึ้น สามารถจองรถไปสถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงหวงซานเหนือ, หมู่บ้านหงชุน, และถนนเก่าทูนซีได้เลย ราคาโปร่งใส สรุปคือ การบริการดีเยี่ยม การเดินทางสะดวกสบาย และมีความเป็นกันเอง ครั้งหน้ามาหวงซานก็จะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ! ขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่งสำหรับเพื่อนๆ ทุกคนที่มาเที่ยวหวงซานเลยค่ะ～ 🐝

We are very satisfied with our trip! Everything was better than we could ever imagine. Before our arrival, the hotel owner contacted us to help us find the hotel. Because it is located in the Hongcun ancient village (which is a restricted area), taxis and didi cannot access the area but the hotel owner helped us bring the big luggages upstairs and also helped us on our way back. In general, he was very responsive and answered all our questions. We used WeChat for easy translation. The hotel is situated in the heart of Hongcun village,vry close to the entrance and also close to all the scenic spots. It is just mesmerizing, the hotel itself is a work of art. No matter how much we looked, there were always new things to discover. The decor was fantastic, it was representing the Hui style. A pleasant surprise was the view from our bathroom. The amazing wooden windows opened a magic view to the big hall. The view from the window in front of the bed are Hui-style houses and the mountains. Drinking coffee there and getting ready was a bliss. The room itself was also very beautifully decorated and kept clean. If i would come to Hongcun again, I will definitely choose the same hotel. It made our experience purely magical. While visiting the ancient buildings in the village, we were happy to come back to our room, which was as beautiful. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff and especially the owner!

The hotel is located right in Tunxi Old Street and near to the bridge connecting to Li Yang Old Street. Tunxi sells most of the touristy souvenirs while Li Yang is more modern and trendy. The interior is well decorated, ancient Chinese vibe with some history behinds it. Room is clean and I was upgraded to a bigger room since the hotel was quite vacant during my stay. The lady boss is very friendly and helpful. She reminded me of my mum and I happened to be the same age as her daughter. But obviously we have a different life journey despite being the same age. She is a modern and understanding mum who gave her daughter support when she was vulnerable. Just like many of us who have to hustle in adulthood, our parents have to fend for themselves eventually. So spend time talking to her and she will make tea for you! I chatted with her for almost 2 hours over tea and pastry. I could have better spent it by exploring but I thought the human touch matters a lot too. Trust me, she loves talking to guests and is happy to help in anyway. Just ask her anything and share with her funny encounters. She recommended me to get some tea and haggled for a discount! It was lovely and unexpected of her to gift me some orange peels too! Fortunately I could speak and read Chinese, though not advanced. Chinese used to be my favourite subject in school but reality of the education system made me lost touch. There’s certainly a lot to learn about the Chinese culture, tea and also its art! I will return to this place again! And perhaps next time with a great person to see the chrysanthemum field!!!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was very quiet, spotlessly clean, and our room was super tidy. Every day there was tea waiting for us in the lobby along with small snacks, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Breakfast really stood out – very different from most Chinese hotels we’ve stayed in. Everything was fresh, high quality, and clearly prepared with care. On top of that, breakfast time was flexible and adjusted to our plans, which we really appreciated. The owner is truly exceptional. He drove us for free to the South Gate of Huangshan and helped us plan our itinerary in detail. Throughout our stay, he constantly checked on us, asked if we needed anything, and genuinely cared about our comfort. On the day we were leaving, we couldn’t get a Didi for a longer trip to Jiangwan – no drivers were available. The owner immediately stepped in and called his brother, who drove us there for the same price as Didi, but in a much nicer and more comfortable car. We were sick with a cold during our stay, and he was incredibly attentive. We had mentioned at the beginning that air conditioning makes our throat and sinuses worse, so he made sure the AC was off in the room. He even told his brother not to use AC in the car during our transfer – something you almost never experience. Amazing owner, beautiful location, top-level cleanliness, and a rooftop view that’s absolutely perfect. We felt truly cared for from start to finish. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

房間可以，但附近遊玩體驗感非常不好。我們在民宿老闆娘推薦下玩了全地形越野車，本也是出於對老闆娘的信任，誰知道到了那裡之後直接無語。本來説11點就可以開始，結果我們硬是等到了十一點半，領隊更是在有遊客等的前提下，自己去吃了個午飯……而且到了那裡什麼都是收費的，手機防水袋拖鞋貴我就不説了，存包的一個破木頭櫃子竟然都要20，吃相未免也太難看了。商家到底給了你們多少提成，讓你們民宿這麼幫他宣傳呢？？還有事先並沒有人告訴我們這個越野車這麼刺激，衹説有一小段的水路，我就是怕刺激我才不坐漂流就坐個越野車，結果玩兒下來我全身都濕透了而且顛得震的我頭暈吃了一點東西就吐了，下午找酒店躺了一下午才緩過來，就這還三百多塊錢真是找罪受。這是我在安徽的五天行程裏最不愉快的一天，來安徽玩兒的朋友一定要避雷，還是推薦大家去比較成熟的景區，不會宰客公服做的也比較好，翡翠谷周邊還是算了吧👎
