Always stay at the Ramada Hotel, before flying up to work. Room rates are usually well under $100.00 all in and free shuttle to and from Airport. Food at Restaurant is very tasty and updates are improving..Shower temps and faucets in tub could be improved but still work..Would also be nice to have extra late checkout for returning regular guests. Would reccomend to anyone! A +

Overall good experience, very convenient location and close to Airport, I am not sure about Hotel breakfast policy but they should consider keeping Egg Cheese Omelet separate from other meats i.e. Pork etc. Since some people have dietary need like myself and my family so we have no other options then to visit Tim Hortons or other place for breakfast although we have paid for the breakfast. I asked the same question with the reception guy but they were unaware so we have to wait until breakfast time for answers which is NO.

Booked again, hoping for better service, but was disappointed. The front desk agent, Mainuddin, left me on hold for over 30 minutes when I simply asked about early check-in ; only to be told no. The funny thing is he forgot I was even on hold. I hope management takes time to train their staff. He was also the one who assisted me during my last stay, which was just as bad. No breakfast is provided, but Cora is nearby. I’ll be booking elsewhere next time, where I won’t be demeaned or have my time wasted. I also reminded the front desk multiple times that I needed a fridge and microwave in my room.

The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, and a selection of pastries. There was also a pancake machine, which was a fun touch! The dining area was clean and spacious, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a relaxed environment. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers using the airport. It’s just a short drive away, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I took advantage of this service, and it was prompt and efficient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, I had the chance to use the fitness center during my stay. It was well-equipped with modern machines and weights, and it was nice to have that option to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport was highly satisfactory. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay near the airport. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Edmonton!

ห้องพักสะอาด ถูกหลักอนามัย และสว่างสดใส ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกกว่า คุ้มค่า เรามาถึงตอน 11 โมงเย็น และพี่สาว Guo ยังรอเราอยู่และให้คําแนะนําการเช็คอินอย่างละเอียดแก่เรา มีห้องครัวสําหรับทําอาหาร เนื่องจากเราต้องส่งลูกไปสอบแต่เช้าตรู่ พี่หลี่จึงให้บริการขนส่งให้เราอย่างกระตือรือร้น ช่วยเราได้เป็นครั้งแรกในแคริบเบียน! ถ้าไปแคริบเบียนอีกครั้งจะเลือกพักอีก

The location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton.

ตอนแรกห้องที่เราให้ห้องข้างๆ กัน มีเสียงดังมากในตอนกลางคืน ต่อมาหลังจากตอบกับแผนกต้อนรับแล้ว เราเปลี่ยนเราเป็นห้องสวีทที่ใหญ่กว่าบนชั้นที่คล้ายกัน สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าและการทําความสะอาดค่อนข้างสะอาด

สุขาภิบาลดี พื้นที่กว้างขวาง และกระเป๋าเดินทางทั้งหมดก็เพียงพอแล้ว ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเจลอาบน้ําว่างเปล่าเมื่อเช็คอิน เนื่องจากเวลาดึก ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าจึงไม่มีการรับสาย นอกจากนี้ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่สมบูรณ์แบบ แต่เป็นที่ยอมรับ อาจต้องสวมที่อุดหูเพื่อนอน

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!
