นี่คือรีวิวที่ขัด สมดุล และดี: ฉันได้เข้าพักอย่างมีความสุขที่ Britannia Hotel Coventry ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งติดกับสถานีขนส่งทําให้สะดวกต่อการเดินทางรอบเมือง พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าเป็นกันเองและให้บริการที่ดีเยี่ยมตลอดการเข้าพัก กุญแจห้องของฉันหยุดทํางานสองสามครั้ง แต่ทุกครั้งที่ปัญหาได้รับการแก้ไขอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ ฉันยังต้องถามเกี่ยวกับการใช้สายฉีดชําระแบบเก่าด้วย และพนักงานก็สุภาพและยินดีช่วยเหลือ ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย มีผ้าเช็ดตัวสดให้ มีอุปกรณ์ชงชาและกาแฟ กาต้มน้ํา เครื่องเป่าผม และเตารีด ซึ่งเป็นของใช้เพิ่มเติมที่มีประโยชน์ทั้งหมด ห้องน้ําสามารถทําให้สดชื่นได้เล็กน้อย แต่สะอาดและทุกอย่างทํางานได้ตามคาด ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศแม้ว่าจะมีพัดลมโต๊ะข้างเตียงซึ่งช่วยให้ห้องสะดวกสบาย โดยรวมแล้วฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพัก บริการที่เป็นมิตร ทําเลสะดวก และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องพักที่ดีทําให้การเยี่ยมชมที่น่ารื่นรมย์ และฉันจะมีความสุขที่ได้พักที่นี่อีกครั้ง

The hotel looks a little tired and in need of bringing up-to-date. Access is via an alleyway that isn’t the best smelling! Service at check-in was disappointingly slow with one receptionist not being aware of 4 people in the queue.  The hotel lifts - there were 2, although 1 broke down soon after check-in - cover 9 floors and are exceedingly slow. I actually found it quicker to walk up and down the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor.  The room itself was spacious, with hanging space, an ironing board, kettle, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom  and good shower.  The big letdown was the antiquated single glazed window that allowed road noise to permeate through - road sweepers and bin men.

The hotel is perfect for tourists who want to transfer from Birmingham to another city. All equipment is perfect and advanced and the cost is reasonable. HOWEVER, the female receptionist is very rude and irritable, when I checked in with her, there’s the same name as me booked this hotel and I just double checked the days and whether I booked the breakfast or not she showed her impatience and rudeness.

We enjoyed are stay , breakfast was included and had a lot of choice and was delicious, also I want to say a massive thank you to Leanne !!!! This lady is such a great person , she really went above and beyond for myself and my Aunti, my Aunti is disabled and had left her crutch on our train from Preston , on arrival we asked if there was anywhere we could buy a replacement but the shop was closed due to it being Sunday , this lady went to her house after her shift and gave us her late husbands walking still to lend for our stay!!  I just want to let this hotel chain know what an amazing and beautiful person they have as an employee.  Thank you once again Leanne .  And we will definitely be back in future .

Rooms need a little renovation but decent for short overnight stay. Staff are nice and breakfast decent for price. I always enjoy my nights stay.

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was alright considering we stayed for couple nights only. Me and my daughter came back to hotel late in the evening. It is only 10 minutes walk from the railway station but we took a taxi as one area near hotel didn't feel completely safe as there is a spot where some homeless people spend their time. I wouldn't expect anything extra from budget hotel.

Birmingham Premier Inn (New Street Station) is located above the Birmingham New Street Station, next to the McDonalds. It might be a bit confusing to locate the hotel when you reached the station. After you exited from the gantry at the Birmingham New Street station, you will be able to see escalators located in front of the Tickets station. Go up the escalator and you will see a lot of shops e.g. Jo Malone, Tesco Express and restaurants such as Pho, Mrs Chew Kitchen. Once you are at the 2nd level (New Street Station), locate the Jo Malone shop. When you are outside the Jo Malone shop, you shall be able to se a clothes boutique known as Fat Face. Walk towards Fat Face and on your left, you should be able to see a walkway leading outside. Walk towards the walkway and you shall see Mini Sou on your right side. Once you are outside of the building, you will see McDonald on your right. Premier Inn hotel's entrance is just next to McDonald's entrance. Location of Birmingham Premier Inn (New Street) is fantastic. Despite there were reviewers that there might be some beggars but they did not bother me when I was there. Taxis are a bit tricky and right outside the hotel, there are tram railways and that means that most of the times, cars will generally not be around that area. If you want to get a taxi, you will need to walk to the main street where the major deparmental stores are, e.g. BullRing Birmingham. I would stay at Premier Inn again if I am in Birmingham area.

Hotel is in a great position at the top of Broad Street, greeted with a smile at reception and the room was ready early which was a bonus.  The twin room was on the 15th floor with great views over Edgbaston. The only fault was the bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t close. This was reported and reception did offer to move us but we had already unpacked.  The biggest disappointment was breakfast - we saw photo in the lift and it looked great especially as my daughter is dairy free. However there were no blueberries or raspberries or strawberries or blackberries and when we pointed this out the lady behind reception said it was a case of false advertising - nothing was offered as compensation so all in all very disappointed.
