There was no one there to pick us up from the airport even though I called the day before and was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived at Sangster Airport and waited at Column A, but no one came. We even tried to contact the hotel, but could not get through. In the end we had to make our own way to the hotel from the airport after 8.30pm at night. This is unacceptable.
The room we had was near the top and there was no lift. There were plenty of stairs which was not acceptable as are both in our late 60s. If I had known this was the case, I would have not booked this hotel. The staff were nice, but the hotel needs a re-vamp.
The room we had was very spacious and comfortable however, there were small insects in the rooms and the locks on two of the windows were broken. The restaurant service was extremely poor, it took over 1 hour to get our meal order, the portion of food served for breakfast was limited. Hair was on the fruit salad for 2 consecutive mornings.
Staff were very friendly especially Mrs Beverly. She was amazing!

The exterior and the interior are beautiful, sea view, clean.
Suggestions: the room requires maintenance, sound isolation needs improvement. You can hear conversations and activities from the neighbors.
The pillows can be upgraded.
Overall good experience, the family was polite and attentive.
