Prompt check in, breakfast was good. Standard coffee and tea, toasts and pastries, English breakfast , salads, varieties of asian cuisine, nasi lemak, curry mee, porridge etc..

โรงแรมนี้เคยพักมาสองสามครั้งแล้ว โดยรวมถือว่าดี พนักงานต้อนรับมีบริการภาษาจีนทุกครั้ง รู้สึกดีมากครับ ครั้งนี้รวมอาหารค่ำด้วย แต่ข้อมูลระหว่างแผนกต้อนรับกับห้องอาหารไม่ได้รับการแจ้งให้ทราบทันเวลา หลังจากการสื่อสารกับห้องอาหารจึงได้ทราบว่าข้อมูลการเช็คอินห้องพักของผมยังเป็นของแขกคนก่อนหน้าอยู่เลย อาหารและบริการของห้องอาหารจีนของโรงแรมดีเยี่ยมมาก ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนเพื่อมาลองชิมอีกครั้ง

จริงๆ แล้วอยู่ไม่ไกลจากใจกลางเมืองเลย พอมาถึงล็อบบี้ก็จะรู้สึกว่าหรูหราอลังการมาก การเช็คอินราบรื่นสุดๆ ห้องพักมีวิวทะเลสาบโดยตรง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักธรรมดาไปหน่อย แต่สระว่ายน้ำสองแห่งของโรงแรมดีมาก พอสำหรับกิจกรรมสองวันของเด็กอายุ 6 ขวบแล้ว แถมยังมีกิจกรรมอบขนมสำหรับครอบครัวในช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์อีก ไม่จำเป็นต้องไปสวนน้ำที่อื่นเลย อาหารเช้าคนเยอะมาก ต้องรอนานแล้วก็วุ่นวายสุดๆ

รีสอร์ทสวยเราชอบ แม้ในช่วงเดือนปัสซา พนักงานก็บริการ 5 ดาวและดีมาก! เป็นประโยชน์เป็นมิตรและที่สําคัญที่สุดคือความอดทนต่อคําถามมากมายของเรามาก 👍👍👍 โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งขอบคุณ Mr Syafik ถ้าคุณจําผิด พาฉันไปเยี่ยมเขาสําหรับความเมตตาและการบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมของเขา ขอแนะนําสําหรับการพักระยะสั้น ถ้าคุณชอบสถานที่สีเขียว เงียบสงบ และสะดวกสบาย

I stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our 8mo baby. I had mentioned in advance during the booking that our stay was for my wife’s birthday, but I didn’t expect such a lovely surprise when we checked in. Thank you so much for arranging the surprise birthday cake and providing a baby cot. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and attention to detail. Overall, the service was excellent, and the facilities were new, clean, and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience!

⭐Comfortable Hotel, but the Room Needs Some Updating I recently stayed at Dorsett Hotel Subang in a Dorsett Room. Overall, the hotel still has a nice classic feel, with a spacious and elegant lobby, comfortable common areas and good basic facilities. The room itself is reasonably spacious, and the bathroom is quite large, with a bathtub and separate shower area. Toiletries and basic vanity amenities were also provided. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The room lighting is not sufficient, especially at night. The overall interior and some of the fittings also look quite dated. In my opinion, the room would benefit from minor renovation/refurbishment to make it feel more modern and refreshed. Another issue was the bed configuration. The room was supposed to have a king-size bed, but what I received appeared to be two relatively small single beds pushed together. While they were combined to function as one bed, it did not really feel like a proper king-size bed, particularly in terms of the width and the gap/join in the middle. On the positive side, the parking charge is very reasonable. Once you verify/validate your parking with the front desk, the charge is only RM5 for the entire stay, rather than being charged per day. 👍 What I liked Spacious Dorsett Room Large bathroom with bathtub Basic toiletries and amenities provided Impressive and spacious hotel lobby Reasonable parking at RM5 for the entire stay Overall comfortable stay 👎 What could be improved Insufficient lighting in the room Room decor and fittings feel dated Minor renovation/refurbishment would be beneficial. King-size bed advertised, but actually two smaller single beds combined. Overall, Dorsett Hotel Subang is still a decent choice for a comfortable stay, particularly if you value spacious rooms and reasonable parking. However, the room condition, lighting and bed configuration could definitely be improved. A modest refurbishment would make the experience much better.
