พนักงานโรงแรมใจดีมาก ห้องพักเรียบง่ายและสะอาด สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคืออาหารเช้า มีขนมปังทุกชนิด และของดองหายากบรรจุในกระป๋องขนาดเล็ก และผลไม้ก็แบ่งเป็นจานเล็ก ๆ เพื่อใช้งานง่าย การกําหนดค่าโดยรวมทําให้ผู้คนรู้สึกเหมือนได้รับการเตรียมไว้อย่างระมัดระวังและแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

I booked a spacious room thus has a mini sofa, a good amount of space but all these comes at a price. Location is good, near to train station and quite a number of food choices. Breakfast spread is good too at a reasonable price (I wish it can be cheaper though). Bed is comfortable but pillow is too soft for me. Although just beside a busy road and a shopping street but it’s quiet. Does not have daily housekeeping which is great for an environmentalist like me. Overall great expereince.

Great place to stay for the week! The place was easy to find, perfectly clean and nice amenities, and I didn’t have any problems getting in. If you don’t need a front desk, this is a lovely option!

A really nice hotel with good price! I have remarkable 2 days in Nuernberg. Location is really nice 8min to the train stop 8min to the bus stop, reception answers fast and 24h’s service if you meet problems you can tell them anytime. Free coffee,water ,beer and tea and you can get some snacks and candy! It’s amazing when you coming you can find a pocket of candy on your bed.The institution always good,room is big and with 3 towels,1 heated,1TV.Next time I will reserve it again.thanks for every staff give a remarkable holiday Merry Christmas!

จริงๆ แล้วนี่คือโรงแรมที่ฉันชอบที่สุดในเยอรมนี เป็นโรงแรมแบบไร้พนักงานที่ทำงานอัตโนมัติ แน่นอนว่าจะมีพนักงานเสิร์ฟมาทำความสะอาดด้วย ข้างในจะเป็นโซนออฟฟิศและลงข้อมูลทุกอย่างผ่านมือถือ สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติก็สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงความอายจากปัญหาเรื่องภาษาได้มาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องครัวและทีวี ซึ่งก็ดี โรงแรมใหม่และสะอาดมาก

The Hotel has exceptional connectivity provided by the tram line running directly next to the property. This proximity to the tram and S-Bahn station makes accessing major tourist attractions easy. The check-in process was easy and prompt, and the room was both clean and modern. The accommodation has a good balance between modern design and comfort. The shower was flawlessly clean and boasted an excellent water pressure. The bed was comfortable, well made and perfectly clean. Combined with the friendly service at the reception, and the daily housekeeping - the hotel delivered a solid experience for a competitive pricing, making it an ideal choice for staying in Nuremberg.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zufuss erreichbar. Parken direkt am Hotel ist nicht möglich, aber in 5 Min steht Pakthaus zur Verfügung. Kostet 15€/Tag, für Großstadt ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet, Bett ist bequem und sauber. Sanitärbereich ist auch gut. Das beste war das Frühstück, frische Waffel zum selber backen inkl.

สถานที่เยี่ยมมาก แต่การบริการยังไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ เนื่องจากฉันจองห้องสำหรับครอบครัวไว้แล้ว มีเตียงคิงไซส์ 1 เตียงและเตียงเดี่ยว 1 เตียง แต่พอเช็คอินเสร็จ กลับพบว่ามีแค่เตียงคิงไซส์ 1 เตียง ฉันเลยพยายามจะชี้แจงกับพนักงานต้อนรับว่าห้องนี้ราคาต่างกัน แต่เธอกลับยืนกรานว่าไม่แสดงข้อมูลการจอง โชคดีที่ผู้จัดการแก้ปัญหาเรื่องโซฟาเบดได้ภายใน 30 นาที สุดท้ายแต่ไม่ท้ายสุด ไม่มีส่วนลดค่าที่จอดรถ

โรงแรมอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานีรถไฟโดยเฉพาะมีกระเป๋าเดินทางน้อย ขนาดห้องกําลังดี แต่ขาดสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก ไม่มีตู้เซฟในห้อง ไม่มีโทรศัพท์ติดต่อแผนกต้อนรับ ไม่มีตู้เย็น ไม่มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ํา ไม่มีบริการทําความสะอาดโดยเริ่มต้น แต่เฉพาะตามคําขอเท่านั้น บัตรห้องพักไม่ทํางานบ่อยในช่วง 3 คืนที่เราพักที่นั่น และเราต้องไปที่เคาน์เตอร์เพื่อขอความช่วยเหลือ พนักงานต้อนรับชายคนหนึ่งดูถูกฉันอย่างหยาบคายเพราะฉันไม่เข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษเมื่อฉันพยายามขอความช่วยเหลือของเขาเพราะบัตรไม่สามารถเปิดประตูห้องได้ พนักงานต้อนรับหญิงอีก 2 คนเป็นมิตรมาก ในวันสุดท้ายของฉันพนักงานต้อนรับหญิงบอกฉันว่าบัตรห้องพักมักจะถูกปิดใช้งานหากวางไว้ใกล้โทรศัพท์หรือบัตรเครดิต มันเหนื่อยมากที่จะเดินขึ้นและลงห้องเพื่อเปิดใช้งานบัตรทุกวัน
