โรงแรม 5 ดาว ในสุมาตราอุตารา อินโดนีเซีย

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

จริงๆ แล้วโรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้างเก่าแล้ว โดยเฉพาะสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น สระว่ายน้ำ ห้องออกกำลังกาย ซึ่งก็เก่ามาก แต่ฉันเห็นว่าการปรับปรุงกำลังดำเนินอยู่ แม้แต่ล็อบบี้ก็ปิดบางส่วนแล้ว แต่ห้องพักก็ถือว่าสะอาด :) พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก :) ที่ตั้งค่อนข้างไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่สามารถนั่งแท็กซี่ได้

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี พนักงานสุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือดี อาหารมีให้เลือกหลากหลายและรสชาติอร่อย ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก พนักงานทำความสะอาดก็ทำความสะอาดห้องได้ตามที่คาดหวัง สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยมาก พนักงานเปิดประตูและพนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มและยินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอ
