The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

จนถึงตอนนี้ประสบการณ์ของเราดีมาก เราจองห้องพัก 3 ห้องและห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย แค่พื้นที่ทานอาหารเช้ามันเล็กเกินไป เหมือนเรามากับครอบครัวใหญ่ มันยากที่จะหาโต๊ะสำหรับอาหารเช้า อาหารก็โอเค ไม่ดีและไม่เลวร้ายขนาดนั้น โดยเฉลี่ยแล้วการเข้าพักในโรงแรมนี้ก็โอเค

This lakefront hotel is the only 5 star hotel in Samosir. It's new, about 2 years old. Its location is strategic, about 9 minutes drive from Ambarita ferry terminal, where ferries from Parapat dock. The room is not big but clean and functional. The shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion smell really good, like one of those essential oils. The hotel also has a jetty for watersports like jetski, katamaran, canoe, and yacht.The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties. There are even bittergourd juice and other types of traditional herbal drinks.

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำและฝักบัวแยกเป็นสัดส่วน หรูหรามาก อาหารเช้าดีเยี่ยมเกินคาด ฉันชอบอาหารที่นี่มาก เพราะมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย และอาหารเช้ายังเสิร์ฟที่ชั้นบนสุด ซึ่งสามารถชมวิวเมืองเมดันโดยรอบได้อย่างสวยงาม น่าทึ่งมาก! ถ้ามีโอกาสมาเที่ยวเมดันอีก ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้แน่นอน!

1. all was very pleasant upon check in, greeted us well & the hotel lobby was what we expected, ablit dated but well maintained. 2. Room was good , amenities was on par with the 5* rating & bed was super comfortable. 3. Breakfast food selection was large & tasty overall, with many local & international selections. Coffee & Juice were superb. BrAVO! 4. The restaurant manager was super helpful when I had a problem, he followed up immediately to resolve it, 5. ONLY 1 BIG complain..Please buy a few super good quality steam iron & board, the one u have is really relay bad!!! 6. I would stay here again . Service was as per ACCORD standard .. Thank you.
