โรงแรม 5 ดาว ในเขตลีมาซอล ไซปรัส

We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on. The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

They take cleaning very seriously. Staff is polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful sea view balconies.

ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และบริการที่อบอุ่นและเอาใจใส่ มีป้ายรถเมล์สนามบินมาโซลอยู่ที่โรงแรมซึ่งสะดวกมาก สระว่ายน้ําของโรงแรมดีมาก สวนเชื่อมต่อโดยตรงกับชายหาด เก้าอี้ชายหาดบางส่วนจะไม่แห้งมากใต้ต้นปาล์ม และเงาของต้นไม้ก็สบายมาก ราคาอาหารอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและยอมรับได้ โดยรวมพอใจมาก

ที่พักน่ารัก ราคาแพงไปหน่อย แต่โดยรวมแล้วเรามีประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม เสียคะแนนไปสองสามแต้มจากความล่าช้าหลายครั้งที่เรามี ทั้งจากรูมเซอร์วิสและทีมงาน ผู้จัดการหลักได้มอบช่อดอกไม้ที่น่ารักให้กับเราและทำให้เรารู้สึกอบอุ่น ผู้จัดการทีม Locatelli, Mario, ทีมของเขา และ Chief ได้มอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดให้กับเรา!!! เรากลับมาทานอาหารที่นั่นหลายครั้งแล้วและพวกเขาก็ดูแลเราทุกครั้ง การเตรียมอาหารมังสวิรัติ/มังสวิรัติที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ และ Apu บริกรของเรา ทำให้มั่นใจว่าทุกอย่างน่าอัศจรรย์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสปามีเอกลักษณ์ เราสนุกกับทุกพื้นที่และสระเกลือ แต่การนวดก็งั้นๆ สำหรับราคาที่เราจ่ายไป บริเวณทานอาหารเช้าก็ดังมาก บริกรก็เถียงกัน และมันก็มีเสียงดังมาก เสียงเพลงที่ดังไปทั่วทุกที่ก็ไม่สอดคล้องกับความสงบที่สถานที่แห่งนี้ตั้งเป้าไว้ เราอยู่ชั้นบนสุด และเรายังได้ยินเสียงดนตรีในสระจนถึงดึกดื่น เราจะกลับไปที่ Locatelli อย่างแน่นอน เท่าที่อยู่ที่นั่น .. เราอาจจะลองอีกครั้ง

房間很大，很舒服，早餐也好吃，這裏的人都挺nice的，我們計劃去一間餐廳吃飯，找了門僮幫我們打車，他看了餐廳地址説有可能還沒開門，讓找了同事幫忙打電話給餐廳確認，真的很熱情。 酒店設施也很齊全，雖然我沒去游泳，但泳池超讚啊。 唯一不足就是位置，可能度假酒店，位置有點偏。

It was a very nice stay. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is very nice. You get your room cleaned up more than once a day. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
