Nice hotel, location a little stuck around traffic and the entrance is difficult for Uber to find.

To my pleasant surprise, this hotel was affordable, clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to the airport. They have an on-site restaurant featuring beautiful traditional music, and the food was satisfactory. The staff were exceptional. While the central heating was not functioning, they provided a heater that kept me cozy during the winter nights. I definitely recommend it! It was a beautiful welcome after my long trip from South Africa

2泊お世話になりました。フロントのスタッフの方は良い方でした。 部屋は清潔感がありましたが、空調部分に匂い袋のようなものを吊り下げていて、私はその香りがすきではなかったため若干ストレスでした。 シャワーの水圧は良く、排水も良かったです。 リッチはそれほど悪くなく、周辺にカフェもあるので朝食はそこで摂りました。（カフェはAM7:30～） ただ、残念なことが、階段近くの部屋でしたが、スタッフの控え場所（寝ていた）が、爆音で音楽を聴いていたため、騒音が酷かった。 スタッフに「音を下げて静かにしてください」と2回言いに行きました。 階段でエコーで響き、22:00にあの騒音は誰でも不快。 【English】 We stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were kind and polite. The room was clean; however, there was a sachet or scented bag hanging near the air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately, I did not like the smell, which caused me some discomfort. The shower water pressure was good, and the drainage worked well. The location was not too bad, and there are cafés nearby, so we had breakfast there (the café opens from 7:30 a.m.). What was most disappointing was the noise. Our room was near the stairs, and staff members were staying/resting in a staff area nearby while playing music at an extremely loud volume. The noise was very disturbing. I went to ask them twice to turn the music down and keep quiet. Because the sound echoed through the stairwell, the noise was especially loud. At 10:00 p.m., that level of noise would be unpleasant for anyone.

It was a pleasant experience, everything was nice, smooth checkin, clean and spacious rooms, hygienic food, helpful staff and great location. Everyone was nice but special mention Animesh from the front desk he was very understanding.

We had an amazing experience during our two-day stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.
