Everything was fine and good as per pricing. Only need to train the staff at front desk who r not trained for hospitality industry. Overall good experience with justified cost.

My favourite thing about this hotel is the breakfast, so many options for vegetarian. love the pav bhaji. The staff is super friendly too!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.The staff made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view. The reception staff specially Miss Muskan went out of their way to make our stay special and provided us packed lunch. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service”.

I stayed one night at the hotel as a solo female traveller as I had a late plane and was meeting my friends the next day. The place was comfortable and clean and easy. The hotel super close to both the international and domestic arrivals (steps away). If you’re coming from international you just come out and turn right and you will see it (domestic, turn left). Being in an airport the hotel has to scan your bags when you arrive. The AC was great as it was quite hot in lucknow! My room was quite close to reception so I used earplugs at night to sleep as you could hear the doorbell. With the earplugs I had no issues!

Experience was really nice, rooms were clean, bathroom proper. Staff were very friendly and corporative. Location is very prime. It’s value for money. Must visit.

I recently stayed at Vint Club, Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The room was not as tidy as I would have hoped—there were clear signs of poor housekeeping, and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Additionally, the staff seemed quite inattentive and unresponsive to requests, which made the stay less pleasant. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.
