Everything was fine and good as per pricing. Only need to train the staff at front desk who r not trained for hospitality industry. Overall good experience with justified cost.

Had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.The staff made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view. The reception staff specially Miss Muskan went out of their way to make our stay special and provided us packed lunch. We were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next. We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too. Great stay!

I stayed one night at the hotel as a solo female traveller as I had a late plane and was meeting my friends the next day. The place was comfortable and clean and easy. The hotel super close to both the international and domestic arrivals (steps away). If you’re coming from international you just come out and turn right and you will see it (domestic, turn left). Being in an airport the hotel has to scan your bags when you arrive. The AC was great as it was quite hot in lucknow! My room was quite close to reception so I used earplugs at night to sleep as you could hear the doorbell. With the earplugs I had no issues!

I recently stayed at Vint Club, Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The room was not as tidy as I would have hoped—there were clear signs of poor housekeeping, and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Additionally, the staff seemed quite inattentive and unresponsive to requests, which made the stay less pleasant. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
