Very neat and clean apartment in the center of Toronto town. Walkable distance to Lake, Harbor front, Tim hortons, and CN tower. The apartment has a stunning view from the balcony. I stayed with my family, and it was a great place to stay, relax, and a great place to have fun.

Maple Grove Cottage was amazing! The host Jason was very kind and checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and could get into the place alright. I even lost one of my shirts in a shared laundry room and he found it almost immediately after I told him. The location can't be beat, being anywhere near Ossington is always a treat. Tons of great food and drink options around and a big park to wander through with your morning coffee. The rooms themselves were not anything super fancy but they were clean and very homey ♥️. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Got so lucky to have this room which was perfect to spend time to catch up with my friends! Suite room was amazing and the cleaner was the most professional one we have ever met! The location is just right in front of the Harbour and likely 5 mins from Union station! We definitely stay again

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

The rooms looked a little old, but other than that everything was fine until it came to the bathtub. The frame was not fitted against the floor, so every time you stepped in the entire bottom would move like you were walking on a pool cover. I swear to God I thought I was going to fall through the floor the first time I stepped in. Felt like you were surfing every time you showered and you couldn’t close your eyes for fear of falling over from losing your balance lol. I was in room 452

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.
