that's everything is better place is good but laundry room is so bad

I booked this “airport hotel” because it has a free shuttle but it was a bit of a fiasco. We ended up having to get up at 4:00 a.m. (almost two hours earlier than planned) because we were told all the later times were booked.

The web page said parking... but there is nothing longer than the night you are there.. this is an airport hotel....sometimes the clients would be flying... and parking is not available.. i will go back to the ramada..

We tried to eat at a the restaurant and were seated on stained chairs, moved to other area of the restaurant and banquet seats were no cleaner. We left ..

From check in to checkout very smooth. We arrived a little early to the hotel and we were able to check in a little earlier which was great. Plus we were able to use the facilities. Carlingview has alway been my “go to” hotel when we have an early morning flight as we are from out of town

Close to Toronto Airport, good the hotel has a shuttle service. The room was avarage, water pressure was very low in the shower. I would not use the sofa bed.

All over the stay was nice, the property is clean and staff were friendly. However, our transportation was the issue. When we arrived at the airport (we arranged a pick up shuttle from the airport) there was essentially no room for me and my husband and the driver suggested for me to essentially seat on my husband's lap instead which I agreed because we are tried and we just want to rest to catch our early flight the next day. It was uncomfortable for me during that drive as I was essentially standing on that ride. Then after checki in, I booked a drop off arrangement at the airport because we have an early flight the next day. I got our airport shuttle booked for 7am drop off at the airport for the bext day. We were told by front desk to show up 5minutes early. We showed up as we were told, then we were informed by front desk the shuttel left already. We waited for almost 25minutes to catch the shuttle to the airport. Thankfully, the hotel was close by. Me and my husband just made it to our flight just in the nick of time. Basically, we got less than an hour when we got to the airport until our plane was supposed to be boarding. Good thing we dont have checked in luggage so we managed to get in time for our flight. That's why I am giving this review for this hotel. The property is great the transportation can definitely improve though.
