Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service.But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. But overall, excellent room, very happy with our stay.

Замечательный новый отель. Брали два номера для двух пар, расселили на разных этажах. Интерьер современный, комфортно в мелочах, от крючков до посуды. Завтраки оооочень вкусные и разнообразные. Всегда находили где припарковать машину у отеля. Локация для пешиходлв идеальная. Слева от отеля набережная, справа площадь и аллеи с красивыми улочками. На ресепшене персонал говорит только на английском или грузинском (молодые девушки), остальной персонал говорит по русский.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival. One of our best experiences in Batumi.

В целом нормальный отель, хорошее место расположение. Из минусов: - при бронировании указано, что парковка бесплатная, но она платная - рядом идет стройка, утром вы проснетесь со строителями 😁 - завтрак в соседнем отеле и очень посредственный, даже скажу не вкусный - при заезде, много времени потратили на поиск оплаты в системе отеля - утром было отключение воды вообще

The location is excellent, the customer service is great, and the bar’s F&B team is very helpful. When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is new and very clean. Overall, everything was perfect.

Batumun kalbinde avrupa meydaninda cok guzel bir otel. Otel cok temiz ve bakimli. Personel çok ilgili. Kahvalti cok guzeldi. Gezilecek yerlere cok yakin. Her ṣey için teṣekkurler.

Отель находится в среднем здании орбит на 40ом этаже, там же и ресепшен. Приятный, весёлый общительный персонал. Быстрое заселение. Стильные, уютные, современные номера со всем необходимым. С балконом и видом на море. Стоит учитывать загруженность лифтов, вниз можно спускаться по 10-15 минут. Набережная в шаговой доступности. Так же рядом кафе и рестораны, но лучше посещать в старом городе. Так же нужно быть готовым к тому, что большая часть тут курит, поэтому с балкона постоянно может тянуть, если его открывать. Мы всем довольны. Цена - качество, пятёрка.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.
