Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย กาแฟอร่อย แต่รถรับส่งวิ่งแค่ชั่วโมงละครั้ง ซึ่งแปลกสำหรับโรงแรมที่ขับรถจากสนามบินเพียง 10 นาที และไม่สะดวกสำหรับบางเที่ยวบิน ไม่มีกาแฟฟรีในล็อบบี้ มีอาหารเช้ารวมอยู่ด้วย แต่ต้องสั่งจากเมนู ไม่มีบุฟเฟต์แบบด่วน และเราไม่มีเวลานั่งรอ พอเราบอกว่าโอเค สั่งกาแฟกลับบ้านได้ไหม พนักงานบอกว่าราคา 3.00 และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ คุณจะได้ยินเสียงเครื่องบินดังตลอดทั้งคืน

A great hotel with wonderful service. I spent the full day working from the room and then enjoyed the amenities after. Incredible staff at the front desk and were able to check me in early.

Best hotel in Calgary. It's located in downtown making it extremely convenient. I particularly love the staff services. Staff are super friendly and nice. 100% recommend this hotel. Also breakfast are excellent and I have attached in this review.

很不錯的酒店，早餐可以點雞蛋卷，也是免費的。在這裏過了一夜，總體滿意，很推薦，性價比高，過去最大的西埃德蒙頓購物中心開車很快的，那個商場值得逛逛，另外，那個河谷公園可以去走走，100多年的鐵橋。

Nice facility overall. Free Breakfast is excellent. I don’t understand why at breakfast time they do not open up their dining / restaurant area to make available more tables. It gets very crowded and tables are not always available. Maid service was spotty.

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.
