I was generally satisfied with my stay at the hotel. There was only a small misunderstanding regarding the lunch boxes, but it was resolved. I especially enjoyed the UMU restaurant - everything there was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

My husband and my 6-month-old son stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for Mother’s Day, and it was the best decision we made. The staff made sure I truly felt the holiday by preparing a small surprise in our room. What made it even more special was that they also gave me a complimentary Mother’s Day cake! The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and respectful, and they made me feel special. Every time they saw me with my son, they greeted me with “Happy Mother’s Day” with big smiles on their faces. The facilities were also sooo superb! The Tomoko Spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had lately, and it really calmed my postpartum nerves. We (especially my son) also enjoyed the swimming pool with its beautiful city skyline view. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a ****** and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

We had an awesome 3D2N stay at Vivere Hotel. We celebrated our anniversary there together with our 2 year old toddler. From check in to check out, the staffs have been nice and accomodating to us. The room is so clean and nice! We booked a one bedroom suite and it exceeded my expectation. It has a separate kitchen area, dining area, living area and a king sized bed. The comfort room comes with a shower and a bath tub too which my toddler enjoyed so much. Better than a condo if you would ask me. The breakfast buffet selection is not that much but it is decent and you will be satisfied because to be honest, you don't need an over supply unless you want to indulge in overeating. Their food tastes good. The facilities hit right on our needs. They have a spacious gym with complete equipments. My husband and I worked out every night while our toddler plays with the yoga balls 😅 Their pool water is not too cold so we're able to enjoy it with our kid. They also has a playroom for kids! My toddler enjoyed it so much, he didn't want to go back to our room anymore! 🤣 They also have spa which requires additional charge for its services. Then, on the night of our anniversary, we dined in at The Nest Dining in the Sky on the 31st floor. We reserved our seat via phone in our room. The restaurant gives 100% ambiance and everything is so romantic. The food tastes good, worth the price you will pay. They even prepared an anniversary greetings cake for us. Overall, we had a satisfying stay and my husband and toddler are already talking about going back. Thank you Vivere Hotel!

โรงแรมนี้ดีมากเลยค่ะ ฉันพักที่นี่ทุกครั้งที่ไปมะนิลา โรงแรมอยู่ตรงข้ามห้างสรรพสินค้าขนาดใหญ่ สะดวกมาก มีการตรวจรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ทางเข้าและทางออกทุกจุด แต่โดยรวมแล้วรู้สึกปลอดภัยดี พนักงานสุภาพและเอาใจใส่ดีมาก ห้องอาหารสำหรับแขกพิเศษมีอาหารให้เลือกไม่มากนัก แต่ก็อร่อยใช้ได้ ฉันไม่ค่อยชอบอาหารฟิลิปปินส์เท่าไหร่ เลยชอบทานอาหารที่นั่นมากกว่า อาหารเช้าก็มีให้เลือกเยอะ แต่ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือทุกอย่างเค็มไปหมด…🤣

The hotel review: My experience at this Shangri-La property was not as good as others in the region. The building and facilities feel noticeably older, which affects the overall stay. In the room, the air conditioning was not adjustable. I do appreciate that the team promptly sent a technician to check it, but the unit remained very loud throughout the night, cycling on and off every few minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. Traveling with another friend, her room also encountered an issue with the bathtub water appearing brown, which technician conclude that is due to sediment buildup. Overall, I would recommend choosing the Shangri-La in BGC instead, as it offers a better experience.
