Great room. Our luggage were brought to our room even before we reached the room.
Food were pricey but expected.
Staff are helpful.

staying Okada it is okay but their system is down and nO wifi the whole stay. the people there is good very friendly but the service of their wifi is totally zero and it is annoying

One of the best if not the best hotel I have stayed in. The opulence of the place is amazing. Our room is huge and it’s only a deluxe room. Value for money and will definitely come back here again with the kids.

I like their superb services and their attentiveness to the need of the customer.
Though its a little expensive its worth it.
btw my room is a twin room they gave me a free upgrade to Grand Deluxe I felt so surprise and happy with my room.
And the room is so spacious and facing fountain foyer so i get to watch fountain dance at night by 9pm.
If im given a chance again i would like to choose this hotel 3rd time again.
I hope my little review will help you have fun and enjoy ur stay.

A Nice 5 star hotel , expenive but it Wörth it .
The stafs are very friendly and hellpful.
To bad that we Could enjoy longer.
They have many restaurants in there , many choices,, they have some koreans and japonais also .

Our overall stay is great. Very good and friendly staff. We enjoyed the food, view and the ambience.

The hotel is really nice but the check-in process was very slow. We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds but they didn't have them ready for us. They offered smoking rooms, but none of us smoke and we had young children with us so we declined. We were given king rooms instead and were provided extra beds. That was annoying because the extra beds were just twin sized.
