โรงแรม 4 ดาว ในเมโทรมะนิลา ฟิลิปปินส์

stay 3day 2nights. nung first day namen. okay lang sama namen anak namen sa adult pool. kase hnd kame makastay sa kiddie pool kase malamig. ung adult pool nila medyo warm water kaya dun kam nagsstay. pero nung ika 2nd day namen. pinagbabawalan na ng staff ung may mga kasamang bata na pumunta sa adult pool. dun lang pwede magstay sa kiddie pool. ung may mga kasamang bata. kaya saglit lang kame. umalis dn kame agad. kase malamig ung tubig sa kiddie pool. overall okay naman. ung sa pool lang.

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.

ฉันได้อัพเกรดห้องเป็นห้องที่ใหญ่ที่สุดตามที่พนักงานต้อนรับบอก ขอบคุณสำหรับสิ่งนั้น ห้องพักกว้างขวางพอสำหรับทั้งครอบครัว ไม่มีข้อตำหนิใดๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม ฉันเห็นแมลงสาบอยู่ในห้อง ซึ่งบ่งบอกว่ามีปัญหาแมลงรบกวน ทางเดินที่นำไปสู่ห้องพักมีกลิ่นดินหรือกลิ่นน้ำท่วมแห้ง ตอนที่ฉันเดินไปทาง SM MOA ก็ได้กลิ่นเดียวกัน น่าจะเป็นกลิ่นอ่าวมะนิลา อาหารเช้าก็โอเค ค่อนข้างจะไปทางอาหารฟิลิปปินส์มากกว่า ถึงแม้จะมีผักสลัดและผลไม้เป็นของหวาน แพนเค้กกับน้ำเชื่อมเมเปิล หรือน้ำผึ้งเป็นน้ำสลัดก็ตาม มีจุดขายไข่ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากเพราะเดินไป MOA ได้ไม่ไกล แต่ฉันหวังว่าพวกเขาจะกำจัดแมลงและจัดการกับกลิ่นนี้บ้าง

Overall experience was great  Clean hotel room and nice location. I love the tub and the hot shower. Nice view as well! Polite staff Areas for improvement: I requested an early check in on the B hotel side but the room wasn't ready until almost 3pm. But  There is limited parking slot available. We had a slot when we arrived but when we went out and came back there was no parking slot available. I was advised parking is first come first served so we had to park a few mins away from ths hotel.  Our key card wasnt working at 11am and were advised to go back to the frontdesk which is such a hassle as we had just arrived from eating lunch and the room is on tye high floor.

โรงแรมมีบรรยากาศที่น่ารื่นรมย์ พนักงานให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง เพื่อยกระดับประสบการณ์การเข้าพัก ผมขอแนะนำให้มีห้องพักที่ออกแบบมาเป็นพิเศษสำหรับนักเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ พร้อมด้วยพื้นที่ทำงานที่ดีขึ้น ปลั๊กไฟที่สะดวก และสมาร์ททีวีที่อัปเกรดแล้ว นอกจากนี้ การนำเสนออาหารฮาลาลเพื่อรองรับผู้เข้าพักที่หลากหลายยิ่งขึ้นก็ถือเป็นเรื่องที่ดี ด้วยบริการที่ใส่ใจเหล่านี้ โรงแรมจึงเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดียิ่งขึ้นสำหรับทั้งการเข้าพักเพื่อการทำงานและการพักผ่อน

คุณลองจินตนาการดูสิว่า เวลาที่คุณต้องรีบไปสนามบิน แต่ลูกบิดประตูห้องพักกลับเสียจนคุณออกไปไหนไม่ได้ คุณจะรู้สึกกังวลมากขนาดไหน? ผมพักห้อง 4011 ลูกบิดประตูเสีย กดลงไปครึ่งเดียวก็ค้างแล้ว เปิดจากข้างในไม่ได้ พนักงานต้องมาเปิดจากข้างนอกให้ นอกจากนี้ ก๊อกน้ำอ่างล้างหน้าในห้องน้ำก็หลวมมาก รู้สึกเหมือนเปิดแล้วอาจจะปิดไม่ได้ ส่วนน้ำที่อาบก็แค่อุ่นๆ ไม่ร้อนพอ ต้องระวังจะเป็นหวัด ข้อดีเพียงอย่างเดียวของโรงแรมนี้คืออยู่ใกล้กับอาคารผู้โดยสาร T3 นั่งแท็กซี่จากโรงแรมไปสนามบินแค่ 2 นาที (103 เปโซ)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.
