We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.

โดยรวมถือว่าใช้ได้ ห้องฟิตเนสไม่มีลู่วิ่ง เปิดตอน 7 โมงเช้าก็สายไปหน่อย และปิดตอน 1 ทุ่มก็เร็วเกินไป Wi-Fi ในห้องพักตอนกลางคืนแย่มาก ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตได้เลย ส่งข้อความ WeChat ไม่ได้ แต่มีร้านอาหารจีนกับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตจีนเล็กๆ อยู่ชั้นล่าง ถือว่าสะดวกดี ชั้นสองก็มีร้านอาหารจีนด้วย

We chose to stay at Harolds during our first visit to Quezon City because of its positive reviews. Initially, we didn't expect much since we planned to spend most of our time out and about. However, we were impressed by the service of front office staff. They were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing our request for a room change and providing plenty of toiletries and clean towels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We recommend booking rooms without balconies that are closer to the lift, as that's where the water dispensers are located. The breakfast is satisfactory if you prefer not to venture outside for a quick meal. For a short stay, the location is convenient, offering easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, it provided excellent value for the price. Note: The room size should exclude the balcony, which is unusable and exposed to extreme weather.

คุณลองจินตนาการดูสิว่า เวลาที่คุณต้องรีบไปสนามบิน แต่ลูกบิดประตูห้องพักกลับเสียจนคุณออกไปไหนไม่ได้ คุณจะรู้สึกกังวลมากขนาดไหน? ผมพักห้อง 4011 ลูกบิดประตูเสีย กดลงไปครึ่งเดียวก็ค้างแล้ว เปิดจากข้างในไม่ได้ พนักงานต้องมาเปิดจากข้างนอกให้ นอกจากนี้ ก๊อกน้ำอ่างล้างหน้าในห้องน้ำก็หลวมมาก รู้สึกเหมือนเปิดแล้วอาจจะปิดไม่ได้ ส่วนน้ำที่อาบก็แค่อุ่นๆ ไม่ร้อนพอ ต้องระวังจะเป็นหวัด ข้อดีเพียงอย่างเดียวของโรงแรมนี้คืออยู่ใกล้กับอาคารผู้โดยสาร T3 นั่งแท็กซี่จากโรงแรมไปสนามบินแค่ 2 นาที (103 เปโซ)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Stay! I had a great experience at Yamato Hostel Pasay. The place is spotless — 5 stars for cleanliness! The minimalist, Japanese-style design makes the rooms feel calm and cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Location is also convenient, close to the airport and major malls. Perfect for a short stay or layover. Highly recommended!
