Location is near the airport but you have to book for pickup/drop off first. Services are just fine. They do provide shaver but not for free. This is quite surprising.

The hotel itself was nice and is located close to the airport which was convenient for my purposes. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable and that was important to me as I only stayed there a handful of hours to catch some sleep before catching a delayed connection. The only thing I didn't like was that after using the taxi to get to the airport, which the front desk person kindly called, I was informed that I should have been given a voucher because the shuttle service at the hotel was down due to the cold and the vehicle they use not working properly, which I wasn't given. As such I paid for the taxi out of pocket ($15) which isn't a big deal but comes across as being a bit cheap. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the price was great on Trip.com and overall it was quite a pleasant stay and experience.

We were stranded in Calgary after canceled flights left us scrambling. Spent 3 nights and so glad we chose Hotel 11:
- the hotel shuttle was well marked and easy to spot at the airport in frigid weather.
- friendly staff; shout out to the restaurant staff who were short staffed but were cheerful and did their best. From front desk staff to the pool maintenance guy, to the shuttle driver, everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy their work.
- this hotel has a restaurant-while others in this area do not.
- the pool and hot tub are always available.
-loved the option of filling my water bottle at the sparkling water station.
- pool area, exercise room and everywhere else was very clean.
