The receptionist asked me to pay, which I had. The room key card didn't work when we went back and we had to go down to have it fixed. The breakfast was ok though it was not a buffet. There was only one waiter serving all the guests, though there were not many.

the hotel is inside a big compound that includes restaurants, fountains, shops, and a direct access to the Turkistan famous memorial. Rooms are large and comfortable

Amazing location and some of the best service we have ever experienced at a hotel.
