"The hotel was well placed on Rui Strasbourg, just one street over from the information shop and the castle where you can pick up the green line to follow for the sights, it is also a 3 minute walk from the tram stop and about 7 minute walk from Gare Sud. There a few bars opposite the hotel and the street either side has shops and bars and you are on the way into main town within a minute or so. The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, you can go in the club even before check in where you can leave your bags, grab a free coffee and snack before heading into Nantes. In the evening you can go to the club there’s still free coffee and they also do a free appetiser small plate, the club also sells alcohol and meals. Lots of soft seating, games corner and books and an internet terminal. Breakfast is in the same place and was fresh and varied, you can boil your own egg. The gym was small but enough for a quick workout, with some cardio machines, a bench and dumbbells up to 15kg. There is also a sauna which takes about 25 minutes to heat up, so have it switched on before your session. We didn’t use it due to the heatwave outside! The room was clean, very soft bed and pillows, aircon which worked great as the heat outside was around 36!! The shower was supposed to be a rainfall shower but it could do with being slightly further off the wall! Room has plugs either side of the bed so remember an extension cable, there is a coffee machine, hairdryer and tv. Nice size and comfortable"

"Très bel hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre . Je n'avais jamais dormi dans un hôtel, dans un lit aussi moelleux grâce au surmatelas . L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un havre de paix. Tellement agréable d'entendre les oiseaux le matin. La salle du petit déjeuner est très accueillante. J'ai apprécié l'architecture intérieure de cet hôtel. On voit la verdure partout c'est très beau. Les produits sont de qualité. Agréable de trouver du jus d'orange bio par exemple . Seul bémol, je suis arrivée de nuit et je n'ai pas vu l'entrée du parking. Je me suis garée dans la petite rue et ai appelé l'accueil. Étonnée de ne pas voir de parking . J'étais très fatiguée par mon voyage. Le monsieur n'a pas été très calme , semblait agacé. J'ai dû raccrocher. Il m'a informée que je devais avoir reçu un mail avec un code pour ouvrir la barrière. J'ai vérifié mon mail de réservation et ce n'est pas indiqué. ( J'ai réservé via ********* ) . J'avais juste un code pin de confirmation. Je ne sais pas à quoi ça sert . Néanmoins il est quand même venu à ma rencontre et son ton est devenu plus aimable . Sinon le Monsieur du petit déjeuner était très courtois et souriant . Il faudrait mettre un panneau bien visible pour montrer l'entrée du parking de l'hôtel."
