โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในซามาร์คันด์ อุซเบกิสถาน

Stayed 1 night . location is very good and near registan complex. it was off season january and hotel was undergoing some re decorations . wifi was off and kitchen closed due to off season but owner was very friendly and honest about it and upgraded room. Had a very good sleep and only off thing was water kettle broken. simple breakfast , but ok, again dueto off season, I reckon its very good in season. beutifull rooftop terrace which im sure is thriving in summer. can recommend

the front desks were very friendly and helpful. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe and secured throughout my stay. as I arrived before the check in time, I wanted to leave my luggage at the hotel and proceed with sightseeing and was offered if I would like to partake on an 'excursion' to help the students who will be future tourists guides experience and how they may improve. there were no extra costs incurred and we only need to pay for the entrance fee to the tourist attraction. it was a great experience for me as they were all very accommodating and cheerful. 

Отель шикарный, новый, на территории есть бассейн. Утром подготовили ланч бокс, так как я рано выезжал и не успевал на завтрак. Подушки ужасные - единственный минус

Отель - небольшой. Находится практически в центре. До основных достопримечательностей Самарканда (Регистан, Сиаб, Шохи-Занда, Гур Эмир, Биби-Ханум) на такси минут 10 и 15-25 тыс сум, в зависимости от времени. Рядом в соседней двери - хорошая самса (популярное место, местные часто сюда наведываются). В шаговой доступности много магазинов и ресторанов. Минусы - отсутствие холодильника в номере, маленькая душевая, очень простой завтрак. Из плюсов - персонал всегда старался помочь, на ТВ кроме многих русских каналов есть также YouTube (не часто встретишь). Разрешили бесплатно поздний выезд (в 17 вместо 12). Отель - в целом рекомендую, за свои деньги - отлично.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี ทําเลสะดวก ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ภายในมีที่นั่งพร้อมโต๊ะ คล้ายๆ ระเบียงให้นั่งได้ เราออกเดินทางแต่เช้า ไม่มีเวลาทานอาหารเช้า พนักงานที่ทะเบียนบ้านเสนอให้รวบรวมมวยกลางวันให้เรา โรงแรมที่น่าอยู่มาก

เมื่อทำการจอง คุณไม่สามารถเลือกเตียงสำหรับเด็กได้ ในระบบการจองโรงแรม พวกเขามองว่าห้องพักสำหรับสองคน เนื่องจากระบบไม่ได้รวมเด็กไว้ด้วย แต่คุณต้องจ่ายค่าเตียงเด็กเพิ่มที่โรงแรม แม้ว่าจะสะดวกกว่าหากชำระเงินทันทีเมื่อทำการจอง เราเช็คอินแบบสามคนพร้อมเด็กอายุ 14 ปีในห้อง 2 เตียง แต่มีเมืองใกล้เคียงที่มีร้านอาหารและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง ถนนคล้ายกับเมืองเก่า โรงแรมตั้งอยู่นอกเมืองซามาร์คันด์ การเรียกแท็กซี่ก็ยากเช่นกัน พวกเขาบอกราคาหนึ่ง แต่พอเห็นสัมภาระ คนขับแท็กซี่ก็คิดเพิ่มอีก 40%

โรงแรมบูติกที่ยอดเยี่ยม สะดวกสบายและมีเสน่ห์สุด ๆ ทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมดของฉันในเมือง เตียงนอนสบายมาก สิ่งของในโรงแรมมีประโยชน์มากสําหรับทุกความต้องการของเรา เราชอบร้านอาหาร

ท่อระบายอากาศของเครื่องปรับอากาศมักจะมีเสียงดังในเวลากลางคืน อาจมีแมลง สัตว์เลื้อยคลาน หรือนก ตื่นขึ้นมาเจอเสียงดัง 4-5 ครั้งในตอนกลางคืน การโทรหาพนักงานก็รับมือไม่ได้เช่นกัน เพราะห้องเต็มและหาต้นตอของเสียงไม่เจอ พนักงานชายหนุ่มในตอนเย็นพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ที่จะช่วยเหลือและขอโทษ แต่ทัศนคติของพนักงานชายที่อายุมากกว่านั้นกลับเฉยชา ไม่อาจรับมือได้ เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น ฉันหวังว่าจะเช็คเอาท์ช้ากว่านี้ เพราะนอนไม่ค่อยหลับ คงช้าแค่ชั่วโมงเดียว พนักงานชายที่อายุมากกว่าก็กลับมาเป็นพนักงานชายอีกครั้ง โดยไม่ขอโทษใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น เพียงแต่บอกว่าเขาเช็คเอาท์ช้ากว่านี้ไม่ได้แล้ว

ไม่มีสถานที่ใดจะดีไปกว่านี้แล้วสำหรับการค่อยๆ สำรวจซากปรักหักพังของจักรวรรดิติมูริดและสัมผัสประสบการณ์ในซามาร์คันด์ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ห้องที่ฉันได้รับยังหันหน้าไปทางเจดีย์ชากิจินดา ฉันสามารถชื่นชมความงามของมันได้ ตั้งแต่แสงแดดในยามเช้าที่ส่องผ่าน ไปจนถึงพระอาทิตย์ตก และแม้แต่ความเงียบสงบในยามค่ำคืน จัตุรัสเรกิสถาน บิบี คานุม และสถานที่ทางประวัติศาสตร์อื่นๆ ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินได้ ฉันวางแผนที่จะมาเยี่ยมอีกครั้ง และฉันอยากจะขอห้องนั้นอีกครั้ง ^^
