Nevertheless, feel a bit discomfort when the check-in counter requested for the booking no. when after giving my IC.
When I said can't u trace it? The staff said, ”Kalau saya salah bg bilik nanti puan marah saya pulak.”
I found his remarks and tone were inappropriate.
Other than that, i love the sea view.

IIda ARGreat service and friendly staff. However like many other review mention below, they are very strict regarding total occupants inside the room, my sister in law also said the same. Hence probably next resort board meeting, can consider to terminate / abolish the such rules. The resort must remember tourism in Malaysia are usually family oriented, hence should prioritise family friendly place/hotel/resort. Do not hurt the occupants/ visitors pf the resort’s feeling. Not all are privileged to book luxuries room for their family. Hope cam consider🙏 other resort/ hotel very rare have such rules. But overall okay, abort the rules would really recommend this place to relatives and friends.

No toiletries except hair shampoo and shower liquid.
Slipper, oral care, face towel only sent upon request.
Tissue box was empty.
Asked soap bar for hand wash, the staff told me not provided. After I complaint the staff sent me a bottle of hand wash which like Belong to someone.
My room has pool but only provide 2 bath towels. When request, can give another 2 only. Means I can enter my pool 1x only. If enter more no towel to use.
Charge high price but provide below basic services .
The reception counter is on top and get wet when raining. Only 1 person on duty, if this person go to toilet. Have to wait for her to come back.
Breakfast very basic, less protein, no chicken nor fried or scrambled egg … just hard boiled egg cut into half for Nasi Lemak.
Only 1 word: kedekut operator and lack of hospitality skills.
ผผู้เข้าพักhad a pleasant stay overall, but the pool could definitely be improved. When we arrived, the staff were still in the middle of cleaning the pool. Even after they were done, the water was still a bit cloudy and didn’t look fully clean. Hopefully the hotel can maintain the pool better because everything else about the stay was good
