ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี ตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามศูนย์การค้า แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและบริการยังไม่เพียงพอ สองวันแรกไม่มีผ้าขนหนูเช็ดหน้าเลย แม้แจ้งไปแล้วก็ยังไม่นำมาให้ ห้องน้ำก็ไม่มีแผ่นกันลื่น วันแรกพื้นก็ไม่ได้กวาดเลย การทำความสะอาดก็เหมือนทำแบบขอไปที อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก และส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาหารฮาลาล

First time at Sri Manja. Booked 3 rooms. Reception was nice and helpful. Check in was smooth. But the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, still can see dusks everywhere. The toilets had a weird smell and the sink got clogged everytime we ran the tap. The towels looked worn and old. They had an ironing room on each floor but the ironing boards looked as if they might collapse anytime soon. The make up room was late on the next day and one of my rooms were excluded hence NO fresh towels and thrash not taken out. Probably because Sri Manja has a lot of rooms to be taken care of. All in all please do improve and replace those items that require replacement. The location is already strategic close to wide selection of nice and decent restraurants, convenients stores, 24hrs laundry, clinics and more. All the best. And thank you.

เพิ่งมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้และรู้สึกประทับใจกับห้องพักมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง รูปแบบเป็นสตูดิโอ มีพื้นที่นอน มีพื้นที่นั่งเล่น มีครัวเล็กๆ ห้องน้ํา 1 ห้อง สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องพักเกือบจะครบครัน มาพร้อมตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กและของใช้จําเป็นอื่นๆ ทําให้สะดวกสบายสําหรับการเข้าพักระยะสั้นและระยะยาว ฉันจองห้องวิวทะเลและวิวสวยมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก ขับรถเพียง 3-5 นาทีไปยังใจกลางเมืองกวนตันเมื่อไม่มีการจราจร หาของกินก็ง่ายเช่นกัน มีร้านอาหารหลายร้านเดินไม่ไกลจากโรงแรม อาหารเช้ามีความหลากหลายและรสชาติดี ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือการเช็คอินใช้เวลานานกว่าเล็กน้อยเนื่องจากคิวยาว และที่จอดรถค่อนข้างท้าทายเพราะคนเยอะมาก อาจเป็นเพราะวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ นอกจากนั้นไม่มีอะไรจะบ่นมากนัก โดยรวมแล้ว โรงแรมมีความสะดวกสบาย สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครัน และทําเลยุทธศาสตร์ นี่จะเป็นการเข้าพักที่ฉันโปรดปรานอย่างแน่นอนทุกครั้งที่ฉันอยู่ในกวนตัน

ห้องพักสะอาดพอสมควร แต่สามารถปรับปรุงได้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในบางพื้นที่ที่รู้สึกว่ามองข้ามไปหน่อย ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม—สะดวกมากและใกล้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกรอบๆ กวนตัน พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีโดยรวมให้บริการในระดับที่ดีระหว่างการเข้าพัก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างจํากัดและไม่เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังอย่างเต็มที่ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกบางอย่างต้องได้รับการอัพเกรดหรือการบํารุงรักษาที่ดีขึ้น

Futton mattress torn but replaced with new one after complained. Cooking pot broken and dirty, sponge very dirty. Common toilet bowl jammed all the way. Aircon coldness very good. TV remote not functioning well. Fan remote in living area not working. The unit is poorly maintained.

I had a really great stay at Imperium Kuantan. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Sea view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. The room also came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for chilling at night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well throughout the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely come again!

ที่จอดรถในมาเลเซียควรจะอนุญาตเฉพาะรถขนาดเล็กเท่านั้น ที่จอดรถของโรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้าง 'เล็กและประหยัด' ใช้พื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สะท้อนถึงจิตวิญญาณแห่งความประหยัด ไม่สามารถโทษผู้ออกแบบที่จอดรถได้เลย ผมเสียใจมากที่ซื้อรถคันใหญ่ไปหน่อย ผ้าปูที่นอนมีรอยดำ เหมือนรอยรองเท้า ทำให้ผมรู้สึกเหมือนผู้กำกับจางเคยมาพักและถ่ายทำ 'Impression Genting' ผ้าปูที่นอนและหมอนยังมีเส้นผมเยอะมาก พักแล้วรู้สึกเหมือน 'โชคดี' (เสียงเหมือน 'ผม' ในภาษาจีน) เนื่องจากเป็นชั้นสูง มีห้องพักเยอะ และผู้เข้าพักเต็ม การรอลิฟต์จึงใช้เวลานาน 'มาก' การจอดรถเหมือน 'การหมุนเวียน' คือขับขึ้นไปแล้วก็ขับลงมา ทุกครั้งที่เข้าออกต้องบอกพนักงานต้อนรับว่า 'น้องครับ ผมมาอีกแล้วครับ ทะเบียนรถคือ @#￥％' แบบนี้ก็ไม่ต้องเสียค่าจอดรถครับ
