From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by wonderfully friendly staff at the reception desk, and our positive impression continued when we saw our room. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean and a perfect space to relax in. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm dipped when we looked out the window. We had eagerly anticipated the sea view we booked, but found ourselves on the first floor looking directly onto the main path to the restaurant. The lack of both a view and privacy was a real disappointment. The challenges were compounded by a local festival taking place during our stay. This rendered the beach unusable due to the sheer volume of people. Worse, the road closures made leaving the hotel a logistical headache, leaving us feeling a bit trapped. A final frustration was discovering there were no shops nearby and no convenience store in the hotel itself, so be sure to pack everything you might need. In summary, while we can't fault the hotel on its cleanliness or the friendliness of its staff, the experience was significantly hampered by the room mix-up and the festival chaos. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it was far from the relaxing getaway we had planned.

โอ้... โรงแรมนี้เพิ่งตกหลุมรักตัวเอง!!! ภาพถ่ายที่ฉันไม่ใช้เพราะเป็นของจริงในโปรไฟล์ของโรงแรม นี่คือทุกอย่าง! เราอยู่ในห้องสวีท 4 ห้องบนชั้น 3 ซึ่งเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในศรีจริงๆ บรรยากาศและรอบคอบมากดวงตามีความสุขสําหรับทุกเรื่อง บริการ: ตั้งรกรากเร็วและรวดเร็วทําความสะอาดห้องวันละ 2 ครั้ง!!!!!! สระว่ายน้ําสะอาด อาหารในร้านอาหารอร่อย แต่แพง ทะเลที่นี่ไม่สงบ แต่ถ้าคุณขับรถหรือขี่จักรยาน 10 หรือ 20 นาทีในทิศทางที่แตกต่างกันไม่ว่าจะเป็น Unavatuna หรือ Veligma หรือ Mirissa แท็กจะส่งด้วย ร้านอาหารก็มีให้บริการทีละขั้นตอน ฉันมาที่ศรีเป็นครั้งที่สองและมีสิ่งที่จะเปรียบเทียบดังนั้นฉันขอแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง โรงแรมคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไม่ใช่เครือข่ายธรรมดาและไม่ฆ่าคนในท้องถิ่น เราจะกลับมาที่นี่ 100% Aaaaa และบนชั้น 3 ลานที่มีเสน่ห์พร้อมการนอนหลับ ใหญ่มาก โบนัสนี้แค่ปืน

โลเคชั่นของโรงแรมดี ห้องกว้าง แถมผลไม้ด้วย อาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหารราคากลางๆ เสียดายให้นวดคนละ 10 นาที แต่มีหมอนวดคนเดียว ควรปรับปรุงเพราะวันที่เรามาถึงฝนตกหนักและไม่สามารถใช้สระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งได้

This is definitely one of the worst managed four star resort. The facilities are nice even though we did not use them. The rooms are ok, but not up to a four star standard. The resort is not well managed. We had the buffet breakfast in the resort- when we walked in , there used to be almost no clean tables available. After I got the table, I paid attention to the amount of the time that is needed for the staff to clean and set up the dirty table ready to use for other guests. It was never ready even after I finished my breakfast. There are many other issues in the buffet breakfast. Long queue for omelet, coffee, and the plates for fresh fruits are always empty. The poor guy who is cutting the fruits is too busy to fill in the fruit plates. I thought the fruit should be prepared and cut for the breakfast rather than prepare on the spot. There is also some billing mistake (not surprised), although it was settled later on, but I waited for at least 20 min to get the bill to be adjusted etc. overall, the price is not value for your money.

Останавливаемся в отеле уже второй раз за три недели 😅 снова вернулись — всё нравится. Чисто, комфортно, удачное расположение: океан через дорогу, из некоторых номеров видно море. Завтраки вкусные, хороший выбор, также можно поесть по меню за приятные цены. Персонал отзывчивый. На территории бегают милые пальмовые белки и ходят небольшие вараны 🥰Из мелких минусов — кондиционер дует на кровать. В целом отличный вариант для отдыха у моря, раз возвращаемся сюда снова.

Triple O Six boasts a great location, right across from Coconut Hill, and offers spacious, well-designed rooms. However, the floors always seem slightly damp for some reason, which can get on your nerve. Another downside is the breakfast buffet charge—at 5000 LKR per person, it's just exorbitant. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a solid option for its location and comfort, just get your breakfast somewhere else.

We were first given a room with a view on the bar and swimming pool, just next to the second floor open terrace which was awful in terms of privacy. Fortunately we were changed to a room on the far East of the old building and the view as fantastic.. the room was old but well maintained. The problem was the terrace door was not sound proof and we learnt at night how bothersome it would be. Because you see, our room was just above the restaurant that gives directly to the sea where waves crash on the rocks. Impossible to have a quiet night. Light sleepers better choose a room in the swimming pool area. Food was ok. Service as everywhere in SriLanka was slow and not very responsive. You had to ask twice for hot water or something. We expected more for a 5 stars. We tried the restaurant next to the spa on our last night and service was great there. The pizza at the pizza restaurant next to the pool was very good. Location of the hotel was great, a 5 min by tuktuk to the castle. Unfortunately, everything was almost perfect until the day we left. We realized the hotel has a monopoly on all the taxi and tuktuk that come and leave the hotel. As I couldn't book a car on Uber or kangaroo cab, we just asked a driver who just dropped a group of people if we could hire him and he was ok but the hotel staff interrupted us and sent him away because they asked us to choose from their drivers which was completely absurd. We insisted on using this driver so they entered in a negotiation with the driver to get a cut on the fees. Apparently these are common practices in 5 star hotels. A total mafia style management. Outrageous. And in the hotel room, you have a biography of the founder that highlight his ambition to highlight Sri Lankan hospitality. I encourage him to take a look in the mirror. For that I would not recommend this place, especially during winter vacation when prices are half a grand for 2 nights!
