Really lovely hotel, it was a little out from Airlie beach centre but the shuttle bus was perfect and not very expensive! The only thing was it wasn’t always that frequent but this is not the hotels fault! It was a great stay, really friendly staff and clean throughout.

AMAZING location! Right in the center of everything: food, events, fine dining, river bank, beautiful gardens - very convenient to get around from here. Cool style, old-school colonial building. A few rough patches that could use a face-lift, but can defo still feel the wealth and power behind the design. Really comfy beds that you just melt into. Great AC and wifi. Beautiful marble and colonial style. Very helpful staff with lots of ideas and recommendations. Thank you, loved the stay

The room had an immediate unpleasant odour on opening the door.  The shower wall had long black hairs stuck to the tiles and remnants of old soap/shampoo. There was the remains of something that had previously broken off in the shower cubicle. The bathroom basin was mouldy around the plug hole. The blanket from the cupboard had an unpleasant smell. As I exited the lift on the first floor the lighting was non existent. I felt vulnerable. There is not enough onsite parking spaces for guests.

พนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าไปที่ห้องเป็นเรื่องที่ดีมาก แต่ในห้องไม่มีน้ำดื่ม รถรางหน้าโรงแรมซ่อมอยู่เลยต้องเดินอ้อมไกลมากจนเหนื่อย หมอนในโรงแรมก็นิ่มเกินไปจนไม่สบายตัว วันหนึ่งเพื่อนไปโทรศัพท์ที่ชั้นสระว่ายน้ำแล้วถูกล็อกไว้ข้างใน ไม่มีใครมาตรวจเลยออกไม่ได้ โชคดีที่พกโทรศัพท์ไปด้วย ไม่งั้นไม่กล้าคิดเลยว่าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น

This is the third time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. However, the office closes at 5 pm and customers have to call for check-in process after this time. Either the office hours should be till 7 pm or the staff should call the customers regarding their arrival time.

Hotel centrally located at Surfer Paradise,very convenient. Hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic. Laundry facilities at the apartment was excellent. Hotel staffs at reception was helpful.

พนักงานดีมาก! เราส่งพาสปอร์ตของเราไปที่ Uber และคนขับ Uber ก็ขอเงิน 100 ดอลลาร์เพื่อคืนพาสปอร์ตให้กับเรา เมื่อพนักงานต้อนรับเห็นเช่นนั้น เธอก็รีบวิ่งมาหาเราและตำหนิคนขับและยืนกรานให้คืนเงินให้เรา พนักงานต้อนรับเกือบจะทะเลาะกับคนขับเพื่อเรา และพยายามบังคับให้คนขับคืนพาสปอร์ตและเงินให้กับเรา เราซาบซึ้งใจมาก! เป็นวันที่เรามาถึงแคนส์เป็นวันแรก และเธอช่วยพลิกสถานการณ์ของเราให้ดีขึ้น ขอชื่นชม Pilar และ Charlotte ที่ช่วยเหลือเราในวันนั้น! ทำเลสะดวกมาก เดินไปยังท่าเทียบเรือแนวปะการังไม่ไกล มีบาร์และร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง นอกจากนี้ยังมีสถานบันเทิงยามค่ำคืนที่ยอดเยี่ยมที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้อีกด้วย วิวทะเลจากโรงแรมก็สวยงามเช่นกัน

Great location and secure no need at ease breakfast is yum coffee is hot can sit back and relax and enjoy the weekend and they have it covered the rest of your stay . Thanks guys 10/10 Best part I loved was the balcony room 1502 pretty sure because this is right in the 0ath of fresh air . And room service quick and affordable.

ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่ค่ะ สำหรับเราที่พักแค่คืนเดียว ห้องพักกับห้องน้ำก็ถือว่าสบายเลยค่ะ ที่นอนจะนุ่มไปหน่อย แต่ก็นอนหลับสบายดีค่ะ อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำจะดูเก่าไปนิด แต่ก็ยังสะอาดดีค่ะ มีระเบียงเล็กๆ ที่มองเห็นวิวทะเลนิดหน่อยและวิวเมืองตอนกลางคืนค่ะ อยู่ชั้นสูงเลยค่อนข้างเงียบสงบตอนกลางคืนค่ะ

น่าจะเป็นตึกที่สูงที่สุด ใกล้ตัวเมือง และสะดวกสบายมาก! มองเห็นโรงแรมจากฝั่งตรงข้ามโรงแรมวิวดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ความสะอาด และการดูแลก็หอมดี ไม่มีเสีย ยกเว้นราคาแพงไปหน่อย!
