The room itself was ok, it was clean albeit a little bit small, and a little spot here and there but nothing to be worried about. everything was enough. Towels are provided, soap and shampoo also even though they are small, just enough for taking bath 2 to 3 times. If it is not enough, can request for it. There is an iron room. There is also a parking lot at the basement. I think maybe I should give 4 stars out of 5.

Everything was nice except for the breakfast. You should improve your food quality. As for me, i ate lontong and the nasi impit was sejuk dan keras. I also tried some fried kuey tiaw but it quite salty.

A great stay. There were several things lacking.
1) The towels were not provided earlier. Need to ask the receptionist for the towels.
2) The aircond was too old, it took several hours to make sure the room is comfortable.
3) There was dust at the top of the cabinet where we hang our cloth and it was really irritating.

Reasonable hotel with simple breakfast. Hotel was near kuantan central so it was good. Nearby eateries. Ample parking spots.
