O hotel e o quarto estava relativamente limpo... Os elevadores com problemas ou em manutenção. Tive que usar as escadas depois de esperar um tempão, e a saída de emergência dá para a cozinha do restaurante, a gente fica perdido sem saber achar a saída. Para subir de escadas é ainda pior, não é fácil encontrar a entrada. Imagina se eu estivesse em um andar mais alto...

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

O hotel é um paraíso se você procura conexão com a natureza, relaxamento e conforto. Com os pés na areia, o hotel tem uma área verde bem completa, uma piscina espaçosa que atende às crianças e adultos e com programação para entreter toda a família.
Os quartos são limpos e aconchegantes. O café da manhã tem uma variedade boa, com culinária regional.
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, amigáveis e prestativos.

O hotel é muito confortável. Cama grande com lençóis limpos e de qualidade. A piscina e o café da manhã sao excelentes. A localização foi a que escolhi, mais afastada do centro e próximo a praias que não conhecia. O restaurante tem comida boa e com preços acessíveis. Parabéns a toda equipe.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Gosto muito do Ibis, hotel padrao da rede, com bom chuveiro, cama boa. Comi uma pizza no restaurante do proprio hotel e estava maravilhosa.

Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern”
Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt.
W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

ผผู้เข้าพักComprei quarto para três, só me deram quarto para casal. Ou seja, paguei a mais do que recebi. Meu checkin estava com data errada, quase não consigo entrar. Elevadores sem manutenção. Fiquei num andar que precisava de escada. No vaso sanitário tinha pelos corporais.

O ambiente é muito bonito, oferecendo uma boa estética, porém, os móveis são um pouco antigos, o que pode ser um ponto negativo. Por outro lado, o atendimento da recepção é bom, com profissionais atenciosos e prestativos. O atendimento no bar da piscina também se destaca, com uma equipe alegre e simpática, proporcionando uma experiência agradável. Em especial, Tamires se destaca por sua excelente atenção e simpatia, garantindo um serviço de qualidade.

Do atendimento inicial do Catussaba resort não me recordo o nome da funcionária, ela, muito cordial e gentil nos atendeu super bem… chegamos um pouco antes do horário previsto e já nos disponibilizaram de um quarto… Como estávamos em 4 (um casal e duas crianças) esperávamos que o quarto estivesse pronto para nos receber… o sofá cama estava sem arrumar, pedimos e logo mais resolveram… quando fui me acomodar na minha cama percebi que tinha uma mancha aparentemente de sangue e fui observar bem até cabelo tinha… ligamos para a recepção e pedimos que trocasse por gentileza o cobre leito… quando retornamos no quarto vi que não tava mais a mancha… aparentemente tinha trocado porém, quando puxei o cobertor para me deitar… me sentir enganada pois tiveram o trabalho de apenas virar o cobre leito sujo…
Ah, pedimos três vezes que trocasse o controle de uma das tvs ou que mudasse as pilhas… saímos de lá sem ninguém ter resolvido um probleminha tão simples…
Outra questão que vale a pena constar é que o hotel precisa verificar urgentemente… sobre o exaustor de ar do quarto 217… não estava funcionando! Meus filhos no segundo dia já não aproveitou mais o hotel pois, ficaram doentes e com a qualidade do ar agravou ainda mais a situação. Coisas que não deveriam passar despercebido!!!!
O hotel tem um café da manhã variado, tudo muito gostoso, a piscina quentinha, o pessoal que trabalha nessa área precisa de mais treinamentos pois um fica jogando o cliente para outro… talvez a mão de obra esteja pesada pois existem poucos profissionais para a demanda (feriado).
O parquinho as crianças amaram, a praia é linda! A estrutura do hotel é muito boa! A noite fica um clima super agradável!
