It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Good standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte al con mia moglie, mio figlio e la sua fidanzata, e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Hotel moderno, elegante ma senza essere freddo: si respira professionalità e attenzione al cliente fin dall’ingresso. Camere spaziose, pulitissime e molto silenziose, perfette per riposare davvero. Letti comodi (cosa non scontata) e bagno impeccabile. Personale cortese, disponibile e sempre sorridente, sia al check-in che durante il soggiorno. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata, adatta a tutti. Posizione comoda per muoversi in città, con parcheggio disponibile, che a Cagliari è un bel plus. In sintesi: hotel curato, serio, ben gestito. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio come in famiglia, ma con lo standard di un vero 4 stelle. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni.

Incompetenza e poca professionalità sono la base di questo resort targato Baglioni ma di Baglioni c’è poco se non il logo... Si tratta di un vecchio resort denominato Paradaise, ristrutturato alla meglio e usato come trappola per i turisti stranieri che hanno poche pretese. Personale non formato in modo adeguato e in alcuni casi troppo saccente. Pulizie camere non fatte o fatte in modo sbrigativo, ad orari assurdi come alle 17.30. Lasciando strofinaccio per le pulizie unto , bagnato e colpo di peli nella valigia… Che il guest service ha provveduto a lavare in lavanderia in modo gratuito…direi il minimo in casi come questi. Per un 5 stelle e ancora di più per un Baglioni c’è molto da lavorare per migliore i servizi. Meritano una menzione speciale Paolo e Antonello del servizio spiaggia che fanno di tutto per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura, Francesco del ristorante sempre professionale e il direttore Victoriano per l upgrade.

มีความสุขมากที่ได้จองรีสอร์ทที่คุณภาพแบบนี้กับ Trip.com ! เราพักเป็นอาทิตย์ arbatax resort ใหญ่มาก สร้างบนเนินเขา แบบ tropical ที่มีหาดส่วนตัว 3 สไตล์ บนเขา น่าจะเป็นรีสอร์ทที่มีหาดทรายสวยที่สุดที่เราเคยพักมา! อุณหภูมิน้ําในภาคกลางตะวันออกก็สบายมากอุ่นกว่าอุณหภูมิน้ําเหนือมากต้องนําอุปกรณ์ดําน้ํา 1 อย่าง ปลาเขตร้อน 2 หอยนางรมทะเล ทรัพยากรทะเลที่อุดมไปด้วย! สระว่ายน้ําสี่โรงแรมหลายร้านอาหารอิตาเลี่ยนไม่ผิดหวัง!! บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า แนะนําให้ไปทานที่ชั้น 2 outdoor terrace วิวภายนอกไม่แพ้ใคร! เล่นเทนนิสและพาเดลแพงไปหน่อย! แต่มีคอร์สแบบ group fitness ให้เข้าร่วมฟรีทุกวัน ครูฝึกเป็นสาวสวยส่วนตัวที่ฟลอเรนซี่มา! รถเข้าหมู่บ้านไม่ได้ ออกไป ต้องทํารถฟรีไปลานจอดรถประตู 1! นอกจากนี้คุณยังสามารถเดินไปที่ลานจอดรถขึ้นและลงเนินเพื่อย่อยอาหารอิตาเลี่ยน

We vonden de locatie leuk met uitzicht op zee , maar omdat de hotel langs een weg was ,was onwijs veel lawaai s’ochtends.Je kon s’ochtends niet uitslapen We vonden onze kamer  ook niet zo schoon.

The beach is not ideal, water is not directly accessible from the beach due to sea coral, one has to walk down the pier to get into the sea. The staff are very professional and wonderful, very happy with the service, good breakfast with plenty of verity. The rooms are very small, would have been nicer if they were slightly roomier. Pool service could also be improved, more verity, such as fruits etc. Evening drinks are nice with very good live music. Had dinner at the hotel once, food was good, service was a bit slow out of the kitchen.

The hotel is located in the centre of Cagliari.Very close to restaurants, bars and also short walking distance. Good customer service..Overall,I love the antique interior design.. especially the lift and the room decorations. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the front desk for giving his best service due to our early departure.He told us he could provide us early breakfast as we need to leave the hotel by 6 in the morning. Likewise,the breakfast was served right in front of our room. Highly recommended!!!Good service!!!

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem stilvollen Adults-Only-Hotel verbracht, das sich gezielt an schwule Paare richtet, und sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm entspannt, das Design geschmackvoll und auf die Zielgruppe abgestimmt – modern, einladend und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer waren sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und boten ein hohes Maß an Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die angenehme Privatsphäre, die das Hotelkonzept konsequent unterstützt. Auch die Wellnessbereiche und Gemeinschaftszonen waren gepflegt und stilvoll gestaltet – ideal zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Lediglich der Service fiel im Vergleich zum restlichen hohen Niveau etwas ab. Zwar war das Personal freundlich, jedoch fehlte es mitunter an Aufmerksamkeit und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit – Kleinigkeiten, die in einem Haus dieser Kategorie stärker ins Gewicht fallen. Nichtsdestotrotz war unser Aufenthalt sehr gelungen, und wir können dieses Hotel klar weiterempfehlen – insbesondere Paaren, die ein ruhiges, stilvolles Umfeld in einer offenen und respektvollen Atmosphäre suchen.
