Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the beds were super comfy. The location was great—close to the airport, not far from the beach, and with easy access to a bus that goes to the city. Free parking was a big perk and made things even more convenient. Breakfast was decent and did the job. The only downside was the noise at night. The road can be busy, and a dog nearby barks throughout the night, so keeping the window open wasn’t an option. It would have also been nice if the room had an iron or steamer. Aside from that, the staff were lovely, and the hotel was very convenient and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

It's well-organaized hotel near a big shopping mall in Porto. Stuff are specially kind. I felt there are something more than the price. If you are tourist who lack of time, it might be better to choose the accomodation located in the center of the city. However, If you have time, this hotel must be one of the good option. I visited not only major tourist spots in Porto but also I welt the fish port market town Matosinhos 20 min metro ride from this hotel and enjoy the seafood there.

Tinha reservado um quarto com vista para a cidade com cama de casal e foi-me atribuído um quarto sem vista para a cidade e com duas camas individuais! Quanto ao resto o Hotel tem bom serviço e está muito bem localizado!

Hotel básico. Bien situado a 15 minutos de oporto en coche. Cuenta con parking privado exterior. NO tiene spa como muestra en sus imágenes. NO funcionaba la calefacción por lo que tuvimos que usar varias mantas y pasar frío. El hotel se encuentra en reformas y hacen ruido desde las 9 horas hasta las 18h (podrían informarlo a la hora de realizar la reserva…). NO dispone de nevera en la habitación. Muy muy básico.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my first experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent, close to everything you need. The room was spacious, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the room was disappointing this time. The carpet was disgusting — full of stains, and the furniture looked worn out and tired. It was a big contrast from my first stay, when the room was in much better shape. The housekeeping staff were also unfriendly, only speaking if spoken to and often walking by without a word. Overall, while the stay was pleasant thanks to the great front desk/lobby team and convenient location, the decline in room quality means I wouldn’t return.

Ficámos muito agradados com a nossa estadia. Limpeza impecável, hotel acolhedor, ambiente jovem e confortável. Facilidade na marcação e no check in online.
